Well, I have decided I am in, until the bitter (or sweet) end and if there is an agm next year, providing Putin hasnt caused the world to implode or another pandemic doesnt wipe us all out in the mean time.

Why would the Co state that they have strong grounds to assert the dhsc contract and recover the debt, by RNS, if they didnt think they would succeed as that is paramount to lying to shareholders... so imo it will be recovered.

What I do not understand for the life of me, is why they do not even attempt to support the failing sp, when clearly several prominent PI's have shown info, that the Co, could have released "professionally" not bloody twitter, and helped the situation...

Thinking they must KNOW the end result and simply do NOT have PI's best interests at heart, it is therefore a case, of closing eyes and waiting until the turnaround comes?

We need to be informed of EVERY sp affecting piece of information, that alone, as a question, of what the fcuk are they playing at, by not updating shareholders, is reason enough for agm?

If we as shareholders formed a co-operative and had 2000 members to buy 35000 shares a piece (ave £35k) we could then
decide our own fate & of course find out truths behind dhsc / sales / merger possibilities / tata etc

if 35k to strong sub divide to suit, ie like fans buying into a football club? spread the burden/cost create a committee & fire any free loaders & manipulators?

1. in answer to pi100 u need min 5% for egm, but you need more to ensure those that did vote for pay rises etc, dont side swipe you imo 10% should be enough?

2. pretty sure 7.1 mil shares could be obtained in uk
