Sorry GT, but have to disagree, in that they cannot state they have "strong grounds" to assert their contractual rights by rns and then roll over! I feel they do not want to loose the "opportunity" of further Dhsc revenue in the future and so, are "pussyfooting along rather than going in for the kill! This may well be due to lower than forcast revenue's!

But, I still feel that there is an underlying current to remove as many pi's as poss, before stating that there is interest and a merger / takeover, is now a very rea possibility, ebabling II's to take a chunk of (removed pi stock)...

You dont have 100 mil and dwindle it in a couple years, plus with the protracted recovery of outstanding debt, it will dissuade many pi's, other than those who can bare to right off such huge paper losses.... imo be bold and hold... but it is just my opinion!

Waited this long whats another 24 months...

and if nova spies are watching bb.... ffs take that jumper off, look like a train spotting nerd rather than a ceo of a 100 mil pharma co.... all imo
