At 25,000 shares ea thats 284 holders?

At 10,000 shares ea thats 710 holders?

How many shares does a Co need to have total control of a Co, I know technically 51% is a controlling interest? But how many to literally "control" a Co's direction, decisions, hire/fire BoD etc?

Because with Nova having 66% French holders and 33% UK holders and would be interesting to know how many of those percentages are PI's? Might also be a reason as to why such lack of general effort to protect sp, if when effect, they (the BoD) actually want to reduce the number of PI's, in favour of said predator?
