RE: Voting20 Jul 2022 09:48
I got the same, but if you emailed Mandy she would have emailed you a voting form, then you only need print off your holding, either scan and attach or indeed print out and send in by post, to vote, so not impossible.
Im more annoyed by the "virtual agm" and stating due to so many shareholders, it would not have been possible... if you have been to an agm before, you will know that whilst many comment, few actually bother to go?
For example, GKP, set an agm, then plumped for firstly France (Paris) and then Switzerland (Geneve) for its agm's obviously putting as many off going as possible.
But, if you do make the effort to attend, there is always a few mins of direct questions and the chance to speak with the BoD (well those that attend) before and afterwards?
Personally, I am beginning to think this BoD believes that we lowly PI's are beneath them and it is not necessary to allow us direct, as they have 100 mil in bank and frankly dont need a cash raise, so why bother?
I am also of the belief that something is being planned and hence the minimal info and poor delivery of said info... It is almost like they want PI's to give up? WHICH IS WHY I WONT!
They need to start putting the best interests of their shareholders before themselves, or maybe they could end up with an egm, would only take 3.5 million votes, but, assuming the that Bio dont vote against any PI egm resolutions of course or indeed any other interested party?
The other choice is what we all do currently, more patience and crossed fingers...
With all that the few genuine researchers find and put up on here and Twitter etc, you have to think, a merger/takeover is being planned and until it is a legal parameter to advise shareholders they wont! Only time will tell, if you have the patience and resolve?
dyor all imo and just assumption (yes which can be the mother of all fcuk ups,of course).
Have a great day no matter, Im still recovering from a night out, dining under the wings of Concorde... at the expense of a major Swiss watch Co, very enjoyable, takes your mind away from the cesspit of aim, even just for a few hours... Goody bag was pretty cool this time :)
