Cant quite put my finger on it yet, but, for someone who works in the medical recruitment arena, your knowledge of Val appears broad and yet intricate at times? How do you manage to actually do any placement work during the business day? You talk a very positive game on Dr Dilly, and Val products overall, other than the neg bit about big Pharma liking original solotuions and how Dr Dilly, has already laid out plans for moving to phase 3.... Yet a hasty �750k ish the day before the agm and a removal of the motion to double the share volume, seemed all rather last minute to me? Especially with no further info to assist an in increase of sp at present, with the range it is being (imo) deliberately held? So, how are Val going to fund this then, with the sp so low? No egm requested to create more shares, (if it passes), also no further info to assist as yet and what seems to be a black out of any useful intel leaking on the BB's? Are you the-bit-before... impending good news or impending bad news? As without cash, and a considerable amount of it, no amount of analysis or patents is going to make a happeth of difference, to the sp, other than take it back to where it started or below... Please show me the light, as my tunnel has become dim of light, long in length and rather boring... If it were not for the chance I took, buying more at a penny a while back, to give myself a sensible average and chance of a return? I can honesty say, I would not buy more at these prices and wait for the inevitable drop on the next fund raise? Finally, before some bright spark says just sell and move on... dont need to, but, I DO feel the need for answers to some simple questions.... like where is the cash going to come from and is there actually a pharma biting? Why should I just sit back say nothing, agree to everything and wait for the next BoD pay rise? Silence is usually golden... but is it on this ocassion ????

Yes, agree entirely, it is just it "appears" to me, that no one is raising their head above the parapets as yet and "no one" is that good at keeping quiet! Again cash is king and it has to come from somewhere and 750k wont last long... ?

Hopefully this should please some... ? If all global patents are linked directly to Val, as all the product formula's are, then if Val were to fail, then surely BoD would get nothing and all their efforts would be in vain, not withstanding a fairly handsome salary package over the years? So, I am going out on a limb, that this wont happen and someone, knows a little more than we do, and why the sp buy is always between 2.5 and 2.75 at the moment, despite the ask being dropped regularly. I suggest... do the big players (so say) currently talking, have to be Pharma? Could it just be Pharma related, as cash is cash at the end of the day and if the big players, see an end result offering a huge gain ? Providing the cash is made available it doesnt really matter does it? Of course, the 10% new issue will need to be moved, before another fund raise can be accepted/approved/happen, personally I think there is still a way to go? At this level, because everyone is expecting a drop again to between 1 - 2p? So, either A: The cash made available, via Big Player or B: A cash raise of min 20-25 mill, is coming? Im guessing another 500-900 million shares, putting issue as high as 1.35 Billion shares... with the initial value of slightly sub 1p and gradually rising to 18p+, once the phase three work starts to show result... Eventually giving an MCap of around 240 mil or about the same as similar USA Co's ? Pie in the sky or whatever but, its the only way I can see Val getting to the end result, without a JV or TO and as NOTHING has been stated to date? Im afraid we may need to consider a longer term approach, frustrating yes, but my Children probably will retire earlier than myself lol IMO FWIW

Apologies for drifting off, but my busy time is around 4/4.30 ish mainly, no not positive for you're or any PI's investment, but neither have the opportunities, given to YA and BS, but the BoD still gave them? Yes we all want to win here, including the suffers of Cancer, but, imo they could have used some of the (again imo) over inflated salaries, to perhaps fund a keen (poss even part time) CFO and PR/marketing Person (and tell me you didnt supply Tarq??) who could perhaps of helped them, more than they seem to have done on their own? Which ever, boards are for debate and as many would say, make not a happeth of difference to the sp,as Mm's control it not us? So, like us all we wait and hope and wait and hope and occasionally, have different opinions ??? :)

last one, as it seems just you and me at the mo, why raise 750k the day before the agm, that is what is irking me, and no info rns, just (what appears) a knee jerk reaction and yes, may not help, sp at present, but stops many like me piling in, further, until they actually offer something of substance, rather than simply saying yes and trusting... trust has to be earnt? imo

without researching (and I am sure you have already :) ) I cannot, but, at the end of the day, when wanting to entice millions into a Co, the CEO/CFO will go the extra mile to increase value ? and providing you dont lie, what harm is there, in name dropping, or probable outcome suggestions, if it helps the end result? finally, without all this sucking a great many people would be cold, walking and very pee'd off lol... but I get your point :)

direct question if you dont mind, as you are obviously well knowledge'd and spend far more time researching than most others, here, myself included. do you feel that are BoD or whomever is the lead voice in the (possible) talks to these Pharma's is actually capable of getting the right deal... ??? I know it is apples and oranges, but in the O&G sector, CEO's go out their way, to issue info, to help the sp, so why not here, if the BoD have something tangible, why not shout it from the roof tops... where we would like our sp to be, not the bloody cellar!

No one is criticising the science, it is all the "other" area's of running a small bio tech, that are drawing the moans and groans. Firstly, talk is cheap, just like the share price at present? If the info was that good, so would be the sp ??? surely! But, fact! might just offer some financial gain, fact they are talking to who? fact it has been going on for several weeks, months, days, or even years! IMO It seems like they (or whom they are talking to), do not want the sp to go up? I personally care not, about any Pharma who undoubtedly will make Billions eventually, paying me 90p instead of 2p, because the info highway was regular and factual. If the BoD cannot do this, due to clauses being imposed during said talks, perhaps they might show prudence in salary and prudence in share options themselves, until PI's can also benefit... or even buy some more !!! Now call me naive, but raising �750,000 for what is in effect 10% of the share cap, is either a tide over, because, they know something and when it becomes clear, no one will care, or.... it is very very selfish! Researched information, is one thing, but, knowing whats coming next is how and where the real money is made... and I for one, wont buy more (I have plenty for now, thank you) until I can see some of the info we are expecting, being released (sooner rather than later) and especially before any egm to raise more funds... (or it is asking for grief imo) Its all about checks and balances and this is a very one sided see-saw at present!

Opinions will always vary, as each individual will have their own agenda... One thing you cannot loose sight off, is the quick buck merchants against the genuine long term holders... All should be able to speak as they feel on a Bill Board, rightly or wrongly, each opinion matters to those that post it and usually for financial gain! That having said, mis-management of a Company for own ends, is not a good trait of any member of the BoD and a lot of missing answers imo are still awaited... A Cancer cure would be fantastic, but, pounds are on every ones mind! If the other Co mentioned with a Billion in sales, and yet not as safe as Val, is doing so well, WHY ARE VAL NOT ? Simple answers please... ?

Freddie... This is AIM, city and mm's never play fair! Come to think of it, many BoD's dont either? This is also business and a business is created and run for one reason only... to make a profit! Yes yes we all want to beat cancer, me, far more so, than many... But, I have personally started, ran and sold a business and any who disagree have not run a business, because you are careful at the beginning, pushing always to do more and get more market share, more profit, more coverage. Then once there (in top 10% of your field) you can start to be selective, providing you are really good at what you do? But, it all comes down to cost! Many who start with Champagne life styles often end up with mineral water, even tap water! But, those that start off, with water, end up with Champagne, because they were carefull? Like I said, love the science, the knowledge, dont like the way it is being managed and never have I ever know a "lid" be kept on block buster news, since I have been dabbling in aim? Someone always tips of a mate and boom! IMO, the next thing here is more funds, and hence I wait, rather than buy now, the price will be the catalyst or sink hole? At present the risk is still worth the possible rewards? Unlike many who may choose to chance it weekly, no T forms for me, win or loose, red of black... and until that day, well it passes the time lol although I do admit to being more than a little pee'd off the other day!
