So trying to make a BoD, who have more or less done as they pleased, just a little accountable, is cutting ones nose off to spite ones face... surely the same could be said about the BoD with all the "unfulfilled" promises? to date, could be their own undoing... How much is enough? when there are no guidelines, just.... do as they please... when they please, how they please and not a care in the world, with no skin in the game... might be called Having ones cake (and ours) and eating it? Just an alternative point of view... after all this is AIM... All Is Mine ?

There are derogatory comments and pointing out the obvious. For some time, now, the BoD have insinuated that they are talking to, a number of interested parties, but at no time have they clarified how far these talks have progressed and even a hint at whom they are? My feelings were excitement at first (especially with all the patent applications and approvals), as this is a logical step to protecting your products. But sadly no commercial news as yet? WHY? As at this point in the trials and supposedly quite a period of talks/conversations, why not? Then the last minute fund raise before agm, well, has to be looked at, as deliberate, but... in a good way (as shoring up cash until negotiations completed) or a bad way, ensuring salaries get paid, (until a plausible reason can be created and offered to shareholders, for a share increase and then another cash raise?) Whichever, we will know doubt find out, when funds start to run out... so it will be a very good or very bad xmas? Be nice to be surprised in a pleasant way for a change, like when the sp shot to 70p... as its been some time, since any real excitement has happened here!!! Still waiting... Yawn

Comments here tonight... delirious lol You will melt your brains, attempting to analyse the next move by the BoD... I know I did last week....!!!! Still, relative now at peace, I'm at peace and eventually I will also be at peace with Val, good or bad? Biggest annoyance is whether to buy a few more or wait for the inevitable share increase and sp decrease? Suppose we will find out, sooner............................... or later (when cash becomes short again)

BS YA etc, I wouldnt hold your breath on the BoD doing whats best for us (PI's) the only thing on their minds will be themselves... why is anyone in business... to make money, not for the fun of it.... Waiting is imo... to work out a plausible reason, to coerce Pi's and alike into allowing another share increase... Because if they were/are in negotiations, I would have said a leak would have sprung by now, on the good ship... and yet they have recently engaged THREE NEDs with specific skill sets? Are they actually needed for their skill sets and are in the process of earning their fee's? or is this simply suggestive management, in a another attempt, to "suggest" a deal is in the offing / being done? Seems an expensive gamble if the latter, knowing the 750k, wont last that long!!! ??? So, when will we find out................................... surely update rns now imminent?

maybe, they have hired in the new Exec's to handle the rumoured impending T/O or J/V, maybe, they did raise the cash just before the agm, to "ensure" they could fund the deal, without issue? Maybe it is radio silence until they sign on the dotted line? But, why are mm's holding us at 2.25/2.75, is the criteria, to ensure a low ball offer, will go through, as it is an average of the last 12 months sp if I remember correctly, but that would include the 79p attained last year would it not? So, to the mathematicians among you, what would be the yearly average sp? For a T/O if it happened? I mean why else would NS buy 18.5 mil if he were not going to make a handsome return on it? Plus knowing further options were issued to BoD, would make it not to shoddy a sum, (on top of new high end salaries) would it? T/O before year end... and 50p ish ? Imo total conjecture, but isnt that what everyone is doing ??? dyor all imo

Down on a Mon, up on a Tues, down on a Weds, up on Thurs and down again on a Fri... If an RNS comes it will probably be for a GM or EGM imo As with the added Exec's costs and preparations for Phase, and maybe even negation talks, with mystery interested parties that we keep being hinted to about, then the cash burn must be quicker? So, unless, the mother of all RNS's is coming Tues or Thurs... or soon in June, then expect it to be a share vol increase submission, probably with something to attempt to appease all the naysayers ? BWTFDIK, its all pie in the sky until we are told!

Then why are you here Jaynet... if you don't believe? Pretty certain "Money" will be your only objective, if on Aim, so which are you watching/commenting on Val?

and the cost? We are talking USA Bio Lawyers, (anyone know a poor Lawyer lol) who will know doubt want paying (handsomely) for this ? Did you read their options... by the hour, fixed rate, or.... for a slice of the Company? Now, knowing how our BoD work, whats your opinion on the payment side then? :) HOPING they get a HUGE price, to cover what will most likely be a HUGE Invoice?

took to move the remaining YA millions... with this new 50 mil ish, going to be a while... especially with everyone so sceptical, about yet another fund raise? difficult to know, which way to call it? do they actually have a partner who will fund/partfund, the comments last night about the invitation on Linked in, by Suzy Dilly, being in BIO in Boston next week, on a "Collaborators" stand, and to pop by for a chat, must raise a few eyebrows... especially if you search them, and see what they do? the fourth name down and his specialities, are worth noting ? anyway... yet more waiting for the moment... I know I said I wouldnt block for the entertainment factor, but seriously, I can imagine the conversation now... redundancy pot, good evening Tarquin, can I please ask, did FreddieBoy, email you and you reply to him? You know him well, the one with the huge yacht currently moored in the Canary islands? or does redundancy pot, actually know who you are? and if that is the case, well needless to say, the statement he posts, will have no merit? Furthermore, it wasnt me, casting aspersions, I just challenged a statement and got called unpleasant names by you, did I report it, no, I laughed... out loud actually. Anyway, the constant buy buy buy you portray and then to say, well just sell and move on, was what caught my attention? Such a U turn from someone so positive? So, you carry on and I will carry on and in time, we will see where this actually goes, but my faith in BoD (especially George) has declined mainly due to the continual share dilution to what seems to be funding high salaries, that as of yet, are not relevant as we have no commercial income... Seems its a piggy bank at our expense at present ? imo
