noticing as soon as you log on to HL.... the sp drops from actual value back to 3p ?

With Suzzie Dilly spending a lot of time having meetings at the BOSTON convention just gone and guessing the main contenders are probably USA Pharma's I'm betting on a 4th of July RNS... Expect Fireworks... !!!! Especially if no rns for funds, is forthcoming? As most are expecting? So, all products start to be taken care off by JV's / Sales revenue, from suggested impending commercial deals? Which no doubt, the JV's will be clambering to take a controlling input? Id say... sp could likely start to recover (with bigger investors sitting up and taking notice) to make this, an on par with its USA piers and eventually improving on them? We hit 70p on smoke and mirrors, now we have substance... why not expect to exceed this, sooner rather than later? Looking forward to some serious July celebrations - imo dyor good luck lth - we deserve it !!!!

wouldnt it be great to get a second rns, that had nothing to do with another cash raise, because a deal had been done...and the cash was on its way from the jv? the smell of burning would be immense... if only... well it is my wedding anniversary soon BoD... how about an early pressie ???

most likely from those who have not even bought any shares... why ? are they being "contracted" to keep up the onslaught, to pressure weaker holders to cash in? if so, who is wanting this, the ones in the "real" know? Now holding adding and waiting, whilst ignoring, the negative "posse" my choice, my money, my opinion :)

I actually think the cash raise despite looking awful at the time, has allowed them to focus on the negotiations, rather than worry about money, in the short term and any Pharma, that tried to hold them to ransom, knowing this now, are likely not to be chosen... good rns BoD and if I may say so... about bloody time !!!

Considering so many new knockers and bashers with some openly stating they don't hold and wont bother... why are you even here... for the fun of it, or the pay packet !!! beginning to think a leak has sprung and hence the increased effort to dissuade... maybe Nick Slater has agreed to underwrite the next 50 mil and the one after that? maybe Nick Slater is a little more privvy to where the talks are and or if there are indeed any talks of substance? but, they still need an Egm to get approval to raise the share vol? and until that happens, they must feel the last cash raise is enough to reach their point of conclusion... who knows, flip a coin Heads or Tails.. or indeed as Noise suggests Red or Black..... or just maybe the Val lotto numbers are about to come up... 02/p 04/p 08/p 24/p 71/p with the bonus ball being 50/mil :)

you know all this... or are you simply speculating? as it seems almost libellous ? as for taking the patents, surely all the patents, belong to the Co and therefor the shareholders, not individual directors?

I really don't wish to be a kill joy, but from 70+ to less than 1p back up to 7p (imo falsely created by BS) and now back down to 2.10p is not a significant rise on patent news is it... It seems... that no matter what rns' is released by BoD (not counting funding) it is always reduced to less than nothing in less than a day, two at max... There IMO is far more to this than meets the eye.... A very respected and talented array of BoD in their fields, who are obviously creating ground breaking science, but wont do it for sensible salaries to start with and better ones on achievement and wont put any serious skin in the game to support their "talents and science" and.... cant despite their long list of credits / qualifications / experience, for the finance raising directors, cannot do better than YA and BS and now Novum? It is like Rolls Royce, only offering HP and Lease deals through Quick Quid, despite having a premier product, they cant get less than 500% apr per month.... WHY? Is it deliberate to enrich the Finance directors and mates? or indeed all the BoD ? Something just doesn't add up... Val's piers are at a much higher MCap, with less products and levels... Yet here it is deathly silence...Fund raise prior to agm, Suzie in Boston talking to Co's that sell things for a slice of the pie, despite the mentions of we are talking to Major Pharma's? I want to put more in, but, I cannot see ANY reason to keep this gravy train going without first seeing some evidence of what point we are really at... I invested for a profit, as well as ground breaking Cancer combatants? Not to get diluted and consolidated time and again, whilst BoD get six figure salaries for such a long period and bonus shares and such, and IMO all on bad financial management? PS... PR sucks as well Tarquin... As some one said earlier, why sell, it isn't worth the few measly pounds left, might as well see it out to the end and if need be, attempt to make BoD accountable Maybe not quite as severe/direct at Align, but, there are certain questions that need to be answered? BoD you do need to restore faith in the many who are suffering due to the 70p to 1p debacle, (not all would have been able or want to risk more at less than 1p) again a calculated risk by those in the know imo? But, this share is making me like a SEE-SAW? and if I am to suffer a pretty large loss, due this clusterfcuk, then why shouldn't we make the BoD accountable for their part in it? All IMO and DYOR and hoping for an explanatory statement from someone? Finally the Align statement said Management had been in touch, they never said Directors had been in touch ???

I only buy Reds as investment, not to drink... But, I do like a nice white Burgundy :)

yes the Bollinger line, is turning into Balsamic and the Gartley, will shortly need more jam than Hartley.... to get this solvent :) Hopefully a large glass of Astra Spumenecca might just save it :)
