Quite frankly, I dont think they are... as far as we would like to think they are ?

Otherwise, to improve every aspect of the situation, why not, offer a mid neg update, like WHO it is and WHAT exactly they are negotiating for....

We all want the sp to improve, but, with all the minimum info offered, its not helping, considering the BoD's past history on cash raising and choice of Companies and brokers...

If they have some good news why not release a taster, unless said Co, is wanting, to pay peanuts and so the "personal terms" are taking longer... ie: I looking after number one, which the appear to be very good at?

The same with Align scenario, why not clarify, basics of meeting, only Align have confirmed meet and that they are now comfortable, why have Val not confirmed ? Any mil + holders been told anything?

Does Mr NS care to comment on here?

Having waited many years to hopefully see a LTH gain (my buys are not as bad as others im sure) but, it is about time the 10% merchants got nothing and the LTHs had a proper light at the end of the tunnel, shining brightly and not flickering like a candle in the bloody wind!!! (im sure there is a song in there somewhere!)

So yes, I suppose, it is MY expectation, based on a long period of waiting, and yes I DO expect more...

knowing it is usually the indian's who do most of the work, you could say there are to many chiefs at Val, on chiefs salaries and not enough indian's ? and hence why the "negotiations" are taking longer than perhaps expected ?

as for salaries, surely, you would build a budget and forward plan for such costs ? okay budgets usually go over, but, if these products are as good as we all think/hope they are, why are we languishing compared to others?

surely if that good, they majors should be falling over one another to secure this Co?

all valid points Uncanny... but when you start a co, if you are able to? you dont go gung ho in on high salaries until prudent to do so.... I would have expected 70-90k per annum, maybe an extra 10, for top job, but if as we are lead to believe they are mostly, 120-150 (I understand that it is bundled in the "administrative" costs) and so many as well, are all really necessary? furthermore, with the many years of experience each has, and the quality of the products they promised to deliver, dont you think the finance/brokers attained, were just a little bit to bottom end (deliberate or desperate)

For the record... I very much want Val to succeed, but, I like clarity not mystery... thats all... :)

More so, data gathering imo... just how many "actually" have a million plus shares and what would they do, "vote wise" if an egm rns and then a cash raise rns, are the next ones, rather than an info where we are at rns?

1: The BoD cannot agree terms with said interested parties and so are trying to work out how to go it alone, as the end result will be mega bucks and they are not (in their opinion) being offered enough?
But, know we (most Pi's) are fed up with bread today, wait for Jam tomorrow scenario...

2: The BoD have no tangiable said interested parties, as these said parties prefer to keep talking and delaying, as they are making/milking zillions from remedial remedies to deal with symptoms, but not cure!!!

And do not want this to succeed, despite telling us that these parties are actually interested?
And so again, need a VERY plausible way, or reason, to justify more cash raise to continue...
(thus admitting, the have knowingly strung us along, all this time ???)

3: Actually, they simply dont want these compounds? And we are just funding lifestyles?

4: The rns is loaded ready to go and I will have to eat Jam for a decade as penance for loosing faith in the promises, that up to date have not materialised :)

I do hope its four, but have a feeling it could be one ?
