IMO If they had good news and wanted their share options to increase, and cared about PI's (oh yes YA was brill as was BS and Novum arent much better are they)? So, dont you think they would have dropped some hints by now! For their OWN gains as well as ours... Answers on a post card please ! Furthermore, local investor meets around UK imo are not going to realise they amount of cash they are going to need for Phase 3 and beyond for 4 different products... A major investor (Pharma) will only take notice on a Global stage (Boston and such like) imo, so why waste time and money on nickel and dime events? just saying As for Bore, lol again, maybe realist, I HOLD and wait (sometimes impatiently), but, like the traders here, sending the mixed messages of whooppeee do and here we go and then, as it rises cash out... No more funding required because talks are closing positively any moment and definitely before the last cash raise runs dry, WOULD instil me with confidence... Meaning any fund raise after that, would be jointly with a partner, or not required, because of a T/O What you have been told, is really IMO not that thrilling? Unless as I said, no more funding! Not a stop gap fob off? Infact if anything, it spells out the obvious, which I have to say is disappointing... REALLY REALLY hope Im wrong on this, but.... if the cap fits wear it! :(

communications.... Now lets analyse that a PUBLIC RELATIONS person that doesnt like communication, and on social media? You could understand a Marketing pr Advertising person being good their job, creating catchy campaigns but from behind the scenes? But! a person that is supposed to react to the PUBLIC, in a positive way, regarding the Companies, business RELATIONS? Yet! who doesnt like communicating? MMmmm, so, no talking, no sign language, no body language, no PUBLIC interfacing... for the GOOD of the Company that PAYS him? I wonder, is he a relative of a director, or major investor, a Uni drop out, a Public school drop out, maybe sha$$ging a directors sibling, or even married to one? My my what a gravy train... Sorry, but this is not the sort of person I would hire, to do the job, he is supposed to do? You need a joyful, happy positive pleasant person that can LISTEN and the speak OPENLY, to portray the good of a product and of the Company, to both PI's and media and interesed Pharma's!!! Getting a regular response... is this from a named email or a generic info or contact or no replies at Valirx as per the Co's website? thanks As for news on Friday, is it confirmed good or is it just news ? again thanks And finally, as with most aim, Co's when good news is about to break the sp re-acts due to leaks? I cannot see any positive reaction, since the last rns, re shares only the reducing bit by bit at present... Now, is this to gather shares,because they have an incling of whats coming, or simply milking pi's for because they can? We havent exactly had a bed of roses with the sp, despite how "wonderful" these products are portrayed to be... and it really would be the making of this Co, if a clarity rns is released by Friday? Personally, think it will be an egm one, because that is the trait of this Co, good news followed by cash raise and we all know they dont like to run out??? So with Phase 3 approaching... the questions are how much and who from? Yep Ive become more than a little cynical these last couple of years?

over the years, the BoD have had a trait, lots of promises, followed by lots of cash raises, costing PI's dearly... many here will be far more cautious until, the promises turn into reality? you can only cry wolf so many times? imo PI's need to know, names of Pharma's being chatted to, (which in itself would hopefully increase sp - but does Pharma want that!!!!) the stage at which these talks are actually at and how close a "commercial" deal really is? PI's (other than traders) are still waiting on profit, whilst BoD, get theirs every month! Time to change this and give the LTH a bone with meat on.... or again imo, this will simply drift... which most PI's are now hardened to the waiting ! If no further positive news arrives as expected and cash is required before this... the only ones to blame are BoD and for what it is worth I emailed the company (pleasantly worded) a while ago now and still no reply, so I am adding ignorance to arrogance, in my assumption of them at present... no more info, no more £'s

to actually settle on a JV partner and release the deal info, Im sure the BoD are as keen to get their shares above 4p as the PI's !!! Surely there cannot be that much difference between offers ???
