I wouldnt mind six figure salaries if they had some revenue coming in and not just tax credits and continuous fund raises!
It is not like any of the key players are in the poor house, through age, job position or academic ability!
Yet the tangiable asset value is put at 1.4 million? Not a lot for the many millions invested to date and the distance these products have come? Surely the formula and data is worth more than this?
In the beginning of any start up, a modest salary is the norm and would have been more appropriate?
Then bonus's on achievement and major milestones reached, along the way, finally ending with a commensurate salary for each, AFTER results achieved...
But as this is not their money, they care little and dont have haste or desire in their agenda, due to the higher start salaries and appointment of expensive consultants etc...
What does beggar belief is the 25 years of experience the website portrays of the CFO's ability in raising funding etc... Well I suppose anyone can, if you give enough % and freebies away with it? Probably to his mates of old?
The silence, is imo, rude and ignorant and a PR manager that avoids social media, really...
All media is an outlet for showing off the Company products that he represents, wanting to find a market and a buyer should be paramount?
Seems, they win, if they fail and they win, if they succeed, where as we only win, if they succeed?
A very ambiguous report imo, with far to many hanger on's, (whats the average 90-110k a year plus ex's for around 4 meetings a year, easy work if you can get it)?
So, unless something is very imminent and with the 750k just raised, I would say not so.... what happens next?
Would love to be wrong, but, quite frankly, these products should have been snapped up by someone by now and if not... and the results are as good as we told, WHY NOT ?
and why keep attending these investor meetings, if they have a deal on the table with more than one pharma ?
Despite so many pieces of the jigsaw available... no clear picture is emerging for me... at present not convinced that this wont drag on, into 2019 and beyond...
Beginning to wish I had done more research much earlier, rather than go on BoD statements... live and learn and wait and wait and wait....
So, book on next egm, to raise substantial funds then and second book on volume/price....
Should make for some interesting suggestions ?
