I feel if they believe in the science themselves and truly feel they are on to a winner? Why not, buy a million each or take X amount against salary each month ? Show us, that they have faith in what they do? Maybe appoint a PI NED, to all board meetings, to report back to us, as PR dept is total rubbish or better still instead of being quick enough to say we know of no reason why the sp reached 70+p and killed it.... Release a Rns saying we know of a very good reason why you should continue to invest, because the Pharma we are in final stage negotiations with, is XYZ Smith Kline Beecham etc? No more crying wolf and false promises, only to issue more shares, stand up and be counted...because its getting very boring waiting for Godot !!!

but my! the smell of bull sh1 te on this bb does take some beating, as according to my brief calc's, I reckon their around 10 pi's that own over 10% of the Co, if their holdings are to be believed, and knowing that many of us, bought in on the original rise up to 70+p thats a lot of wonga... So, really, how about a meet and greet and bring your portfolio with you and lets see how many "multi million" PI share holders there really are ? Not, as many as we are lead to believe! nb: I have a sizeable sum tied up here and dont hold a million, so either some have managed the "perfect entry price" and topped up on very perfect low? Or.... they are fibbing??? I wonder which ? Or maybe I am just that bad at buying? lol Mmmmmmmm dyor and all imho....

Its the same ole same ole, all want these compounds.... but for next to nothing, BoD, cant hold out for ever, but, then if this share was oversold and shorted to oblivion, as many say it was during BS and YA? Then, maybe the short fall, which would have been solved with a 400 mil share issue, means now, no more shares and so, surely these remaining current shares should go up? imo ?

Thought I would log on with my morning coffee, to see who has what to say and I ask the following questions, why would so many be on here on the bank holiday weekend, spouting about how bad it all is ? Even those who don't old any shares (well they say they don't), I mean if this is destined to fail and is a pedning fire sale... why even bother, why not move on.... ? Yes this current funding application, is unpleasant, but until we know why, despite not liking it, hopefully they will explain at the agm and if the reasons are not good enough or don't stack up, or indeed done for a necessary reason we shall have to wait and find out. But, all the effort being put in to put off everyone, does make me wonder WHY? even more so than the Rns ??? Right, Im off to enjoy rest of this wonderful bank hols and we can start again on Tues at 8am and see if any new turns up by rns and again at 10am at the agm :) Not selling any, personally, until I know a little more about the what's and whyfor's... but not buying either, need some fact, not fiction BoD and quickly, if you want to keep your credibility ???

at 7p or even 4p, why wait until 4pm ish on a Friday with sp at lowest ish point and just before an agm... this was tactical... what we need to establish is why ? are we seeing another BS debacle emerging, WHO is advising the BoD to do this... things need to get a hell of a lot better very quickly, or they will have no one left to milk ? enough is enough imo

The only ones this actually helped, other than the con artists, that call themselves Directors, is the shorters and traders! I will be voting for no more share issue in points 6/7 and to remove any non science based directors, as allowed as this is simply a take the **** rns... very not happy with Val BoD and advisors at present... PR is a joke! Obviously all the "talking to several Pharma's" is getting know where and the only thing of importance is securing their pay packets !! This amount wont assist phase three or any forward developments, it simply ensures a cosy life style until the next dilution... Obviously no shame here, BoD are nothing more than Shylocks, imo PUT SOME SERIOUS CASH OF YOUR OWN IN...... YOU HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH OF OURS ! Lost all credibility as far as I am concerned...
