why not, they take quite high salaries, with no hard cash spent (other than nominal) on purchasing into their own science ? then there is we know of no reason, why the sp has hit 70p, then appointing BS... imo... they are as much about the money as most investors are? so, if there is a long on going discussion and the products are as good as they insinuate, then why not play a little hard ball with big pharma and show us who is actually talking to them? that alone would create a good feel vibe! all imo... but the BoD, need to stop crying wolf and start crying actuals.. imo... its been a long while now and the odd silly rise caused by market is not what these products are about... compared to piers, why are we not matching them?

Read the post replied to... it was saying you could not sell if price went up, because it would be insider dealing, that I was responding to... I disagreed, (rightly or wrongly) My point being if anything, that with options set at 4p the BoD are expecting the sp to rise above this figure, so they can indeed make a profit? But!!! without any solid information, they are not helping us or themselves? Getting a little tired of whisper and rumour and patent rns's, I would like to hear about the so called talks, how far advanced they are and with whom? Why not, as it would most certainly improve the sp, or are they talking out of their proverbial's ? so nothing really :)

If BoD know nothing of any significance and the sp is raised by mm's or another BS debacle there would be no reason why the BoD could not cash in their options if they so wished ? imo My biggest annoyance at present is the lack of clarified info, from the BoD, stop giving us minnows and give us the Marlin! You take quite huge salaries considering no profit as yet, how about enabling the lth PI's to make a few quid, rather than shorters traders and mm's ! with Directors options at 4p, and being held around 3-3.5p means those who know, will take them, and those who dont know, are likely to sell them... imo it is going over 4p... when and to where, not a bloody clue... imo
