My belief is somewhere along the lines expressed by aandi , and others :
Financial close on 13 projects + Others (possible as many again) + Partnership and support from Woody and/ or A N Other International Woody Major ; so what happens ?
The Mkt Cap of EQT will absolutely rocket !
I`m not thinking `IF` I`m thinking `When` ~~~ and as this is likely begin soon , it`s just a question of how much will be delivered this year which will determine who wins the Year End Prediction !

Just because we`ve had a rather subdued start to the year , for all the reasons probably over-debated , let`s not lose sight of the enthusiasm at the begining of the year .
I remain very confident in my own prediction and fully expect it will be topped by more enthusiastic posters .
I hope it will be Reg !

Apart from your determined support for EQT , I thought you made a couple of hugely relevant comments :
* Any future fund raise will be operational specific and is therefore certainly to be fully underwritten , probably oversubscribed and will almost immediately likely to be Mkt cap / sp enhancing .
* Woody are not the only game in town , there are many other operators who would make first rate quality partnerships and as mentioned before , I am sure that PB will have `Plan B` (also probably C / D and E !)
* And ~ this is a potential problem that you , me , and others , who are thinking `Year End not Week End`~ predators are always looking for cheap growth opportunities .
Let`s hope that DP has the time and space to persue his exciting development strategy for EQT .

This is really valuable for people such as myself who just do not have the time to research all these interesting angles , or even understand much of the detailed technical info .
So ~ Thank you to `The Usual Suspects`(!) for your contribution to our understanding today .
For now the immediate Tax Issue implications may be behind us and there would seem to be increased positivity in some quarters regarding C19 , but the global Political negativity would seem to persist . Having worked in Russia I can only sympathise and wish the best for the general population who deserve so much better from their totalitarian Government .
Overall , I think we may start to see the start of another uplift in EQT this week .

Last week the market seemed to `Wobble` a little .
Political unrest in both Europe and the USA , crazy activity with Gamestock , rebelious PI behaviour and confused II response , for some the End of Tax Year and a general reajustment in Green Company valuations , all of which contributing to some profit taking from which EQT was not immune .
The other change I have noticed here is the arrival of many new identities , with views and opinions that are not always in line with the generally respected postings from our hard core of valued contributors and not always EQT focused .
The end result has been a small drift in the SP but in reality we have faired very well compared with the Market and other `Green` Companies . Nothing has changed the fundamentals here as we wait patiently for so much anticipated news to come .
There will inevitably be some turbulence and sp volatility as the business develops through the year , but I remain determined in my mantra ; `Think Year End not Week End `.
This has been a fantastic thread , full of quality information and great discussion , I sincerely hope that the voices of new comers will add value and not drown out any contribution from the `Old Guard ` !

I`m a little surprised we are not already much closer to the PHE mkt cap . Possibly for some of the reasons stated below .
I think we have a far more exciting and robust proposition .

GVH : I just do not know .
What I believe is that `Traders` have been feasting on : Up first thing drift during the day .
Also , I believe that the Airies CC is a deterrent for serious investment and II interest . This will self correct soon because I firmly believe that the Airies issue `Is Over` , although as yet not confirmed and ratified .
Check out the new Airies web site , it looks as if they have already moved on and are focused on alternative strategies .
I doubt we will win or persue for damages . I hope our win will be unchallenged access to the USA market .
With regard to WOODY , I also think the CC might be a drag on their decision making , but they better be ready to spring into action because I imagine DP will almost certainly have a plan `B` should they prevaricate long post the CC conclusion . There will surely be others enthusiastic to step into any breach of unity .

This RNS is hugely significant , far more significant than the market are accrediting value .
In effect DP is indicating that transformation from concept to cash generative (big time , imv ) is well underway and that this year will see recognition of the huge potential here .
Today`s price movements have been so typical of the last few weeks . Movements have become very predictable and the traders have been having a feast here .
Stuff your faces while you can , because one day , soon , this Company and Mr Market will catch you out ~ imo .
VERY undervalued .

Esta , 22.30 : I agree . I believe it IS: `All Over` ~ and has been since the documentation published in the Autumn , BUT ,
this requires a legally binding conclusion which I am confident we will have in due course .
In the UK I believe documentation and submissions would have been thoroughly considered prior to any hearing which could lead to a rapid if not in some instances an immediate decision . Perhaps this has understandably led to an expectation of an imminent decision here , but this is `Litigious USA` , it`s a parallel universe !
I `m sure there will be a few punters who will do a runner if they don`t get instant satisfaction , but i hope that investors are not panicked into selling if a delay is indicated . Certainly there seemed to be a few nervous individuals posting on here today .
Short term this `Should` have nil effect , Northork construction is progressing and the USA probably contributes only around
2% of Nav ~ At This Time . This CC is all about the future opportunity for EQT in the USA which could prove to be enormous ,
but , make no mistake , the Yanks don`t like this sort of interference on their home turf . Forget Trump , BIDEN said as much in his speech today ! ( I never cease to be shocked at the self interest and hypocricy that seems endemic in their society . )
As we wait for the conclusion to this Airies farce , we should not lose sight of the fact that there is so much more impactful news on the immediate horizon . It has all been very well documented on here and I can`t imagine DP will address shareholders on 25th Feb without having delivered some serious new achievements . eg : Events in the US should have nil effect on negotiations to conclude an arrangement with Wood Group .
I remain totally committed to this adventure ~ I even bought a few more at this mornings high :( not that it makes the slightest difference , except to myself , I plan to keep adding when I can up to the AGM .
This is a very special opportunity , a little patience as DP prepares to deliver on so many fronts ~ and probably quite a few that as yet we know nothing about !
Don`t let those shifty MM`s scare you out of your wealth passport !

As you say , Mr Market does not like an issue such as this CC creating uncertainty with any Company .
MORE important , is of course a dismissal could open the doors to a huge and hungry reawakened eco friendly US , where EQT might then be perceived as preferred operator in their field .
