It`s a lot easier to think logically about a Company when the market is closed and you are not emotionally attached to any immediate rise or fall in the share price !
Disappointing as the recent drift has been , nothing as far as I am aware has changed , other than positive information provided by RNS . Following the stellar rise in the Summer it is inevitable that some (Who probably bought Millions of shares ) would naturally wish to book a profit . This is especially relevant in the context of recent CGT discussion and the end of year Tax situation looming in April . Equally there will be some who bought at the top of of the cycle who have been unnerved and in selling out have compounded a domino dump effect .
The rise might have been too far too fast , equally the fall may be overly exaggerated .
Complicating the situation has been the huge interest in the Company , but frustrated by this CC and the tantalising wait for confirmation some partnership arrangement which would underwrite the financial credibility of the Company .
I remain totally committed to this enterprise . IF there is to be some CR it will surely be around this current price point , and once completed , no doubt for value enhancing reasons , I believe the sp will start to shoot back up .
IF there is to be a CR it is likely to be fully underwriten , oversubscribed , and will offer current shareholders a `Last Chance To Buy` at a price which will surely be a distant memory by the end of the year .
This company has a very low Mkt Cap which is widely out of line with it`s peer group and future potential .
Whatever is going on , this turbulence will most certainly pass , we just have to remain patient while DP manages this unique opportunity . I have every confidence in his leadership .
