Surely the more interesting question is `Who is buying all these shares`?

It`s certainly not hard pressed PI`s most of whom will be sitting on their hands nursing a loss .

A buy out probably the most likely outcome because a partner will not wish to work with the current BoD (With one exception who could be offered a lucrative position ) . The problem that the Company have created for themselves is the speed at which they have created dilution and as a consequence have c. 6 BILLION shares in circulation .

The second problem is that while not currently distressed , NOBODY will overpay for an underdeveloped asset that `Potentially` requires a huge capital expenditure to bring that asset into production .

I`ve stated for months "Go it alone " , NEVER !

Interesting conclusion to what has sadly become another AIM charade .

The use of such peculiar terminology ; `Capital Runway` , is unnecessary and suggestive of obfuscation .

Why not use straight forward statements to the effect ; `We do not need Capital for c. 12months `.

FFD , 15.30 : Correct ~ At least a few people understand and realise what is going on here .

Going it alone is self serving and destined to create further huge pain for investors .

More Fund raising , more dilution and then the likely killer blow ~ Consolidation .

Consolidation may seem like a sensible decision , but it will NOT help long suffering Shareholder . It will likely result in further dilution of between 15% and 20% .

I doubt that JV will now rescue this . Only an outright bid ~ `Might` ~ provide a return .

This is SO dangerous I`m surprised so many can`t see what`s going on .

There is no way this Company will succeed as an independent entity , just a question of how much more pain will they inflict on PI`s .
