I had become more and more disillusioned with the management and have often stated that I believe two board members should be replaced . Their strategy seems to be in a state of flux , who knows what they are going to do after the EWT concludes , but I`ve lost my trust and faith in their competence . One thing is as clear as daylight , they are going to need money , a lot of it . If you look at their presentation regarding the processing and production plant this is a huge undertaking which will be necessary to bring their asset on stream . I have also mentioned on several occasions HE1 can simply NOT go it alone , J/V or T/O is the only real prospect for profitability .

After nearly a year chasing the helium dream i sold my holding this week for a small gain , but , I have retained a mere 100k out of curiosity that perhaps there will be a happy ending .

Unfortunately this share has become a traders plaything and the BB seems to flirt between outrageuos and downright stupid .

Anyway I wish all the LTH here the best of luck and hope you find that pot of gold in `The Basement `.

PS :

I do hope that inevitable success with PPP does not spoil this excellent BB where people are generally respectful , considerate and permitted to express their point of view .

This is in complete contrast to the HE1 BB which is totally nonsensical , unreadable and full of deceit .

Worse still , MUCH worse is the HE1 BB on A D V F N which is simply disgusting . I really don`t know why people are permitted to post such vulgarity .~ Funny ( peculiar ) old world .

Anyway let`s hope the village idiots stay over there and don`t come here once PPPis re listed (one is quite enough!) . imo .

I notice that there are some people invested here that also have an interest in HE1 .

I shared that interest which I held from last year . I was focused on their Helium resource and still believe that has enormous potential . However , I have become totally disillusioned with the management of that business .

and lost all confidence in their business acumen , their strategy and in two cases Director integrity . This week I sold out with not much of a profit after enduring extraordinary dilution requiring continuous forced funding . I kept a mere 100k shares purely out of interest to see what `Might ` happen . Apart from those reasons above there was another Crucial consideration: ~ ~ ~ PPP .

I have now released funds from a dramatic roller coaster Company that has become a share for trading not investing which I will direct to this `Little` ( ! ) gem as soon as it is re listed .

I have no idea how much stock I will be able to buy , but my feeling is the re list figure will be c. 18p . I would be very happy with that , but recognise that demand is likely to be frantic and I might have to pay almost twice as much .

I have left a roller coaster that I think is running out of momentum and always running out of money , to jump on another roller coaster that is just about to start its ascent !

I consider PPP mkt cap will be nearer 400 M by the year end and next year ~ who knows .

I think it`s going to be a helluva ride !

There seems to be little doubt that HE1 has a very valuable asset which looks likely to be confirmed .

Unfortunately HE1 is run by a bunch of inward looking, self interested incompetent Directors .

Shareholders who are investors will likely remain in the meat grinder .

A successful EWT= A Further fund raise .

A very successful EWT = an even bigger fund raise .

Why ? Because they have no money ~ Again , and their ongoing expenditure is enormous .

Best possible outcome for Investors would be an outright T/O

Second best outcome an advantageous J/V .

Perhaps unlkely short term , better to wait until they a absolutely desperate for more funding .

Bottom line :

Great Asset ~~~ Appalling Management .

No one should compare past events to the future development of this Company .

It WILL return to the market as a completely different entity :

For a start there are a mere 110.3 Million shares in issue .

WHAT !

Yep only around 110 million shares , including the recent two issues .

~ with the exception of LB who is clearly talented in her own speciality , are a total and absolute disgrace .

Some 66 Million has been raised in around 3 1/2 years and private `Investors` surely have nothing or very little to show for their support . The Spivs , Traders and iffy finance houses have the family silver . Investors are left with hope and the virtual guarantee that there will be further dilution . An appalling abuse of Director authority by Directors who have virtually no shares and have shown no interest in supporting the Company with their own money .

The obfuscation and deceit here is staggering .

Cope and Jacob should be immediately dismissed .

Unfortunately LB is tainted by their behaviour .

Love the Potential here . Total respect for the LB and her Geological expertise ~ But ~

Are the financial machinations in this Company simply being badly mismanaged by the BoD , OR ;

Is the financial turbulence being deliberately orchestrated by some interested third party ?

The Consistency , The Repetitiveness , The Timing , The Similarities , The Huge Discounts

of all these Fund raising events have become very , VERY suspicious . ~~~ imo .

Is the BoD really in control of this Company or simply enacting the instructions from a sleeping predator ?

The same people and financial institutions are always involved .

The same `Strategy ` is always deployed , and two people I would not trust as far as I could spit .

There is always a more appealing alternative for a more investor focused fund raise .

If this `Strange` strategy is maintained , no matter how good the asset value becomes ,

HE1 may provide a gifted opportunity for some interested party to acquire the Company at a huge discount .

If this is the underlying strategy , a predator will not make a definitive move until the full detail , quality and potential of this recourse is known .

Perhaps this IS the underlying objective .

In the end , I suspect LTH will be able to exit with some financial gain , BUT ,

that gain may have been hugely diluted by deception , hypocrisy and greed .

Of course this is AIM , so anything goes ~ Who knows ?

Somebody please give me an alternative rationale for such strange financial management .

Clearly there are quite a few issues being worked on by the Company . Some of these are far more significant than the outstanding Accounts and some I am only speculating that may become reality :

The Accounts I`m sure with Westend support will by now have been resolved . Global will most certainly have been pressing ahead with both current and future well development and production , we may ( Should ?) get a satisfactory update on progress with Oil production and possibly Gas development . That alone I believe will provide the basis for a significant value re rate . Tom`s visit to Texas was primarily focused on the Lithium issue . An update is probably due and whatever strategy they have decided upon will I believe also be value enhancing . There are a number of ways this might be progressed ; Partnership / JV / Off take agreement or go it alone . The one I would prefer may be a bit speculative , but I would like to see the Lithium operations spun off as a separate Company . A one for one share issue with the option to purchase additional stock in an underwritten fund raise (Westends` speciality!) with an interested partner .

Anyway ~ The point I`m making is there is so much going on we may have to wait a little longer , but the wait is most certainly going to be very worthwhile . However I am also hoping for a `Little` bit of an update ~ imminently .

Bottom line : This will be a very different Company by the end of this Year .

The Mkt Cap here is small (c. 105 m ) - The shares in issue is enormous .

For the moment every man and his dog has a chunky share holding and has been able to trade this for their 5%/ 10% so the share price has stalled . There is little NEW money .

On release of the test results , assume good to very good ; the best outcome would be a Sale or a Partnership / JV .

The reason being ; the money is spent and there are no funds to progress further development .

Thus , if no Sale/ JV more funding will be required .

IF , the test results are poor ~ The outcome doesn`t bear thinking about .

I think this is the reason we are stuck at 2p . We gamblers have placed our stakes .

FWIW ~ I think I`ll be in the winners enclosure , I think the results will be stunning and I think there will be further enhancement regarding the Hydrogen issue . News next week ~ probably .
