There is now no question that `Someone ` ( and I doubt very much that it is a private individual ) is determined to silence criticism and debate here . `They` must have some considerable influence and legal representation to compel LSE to delete any posts they do not like .

My response now will be to copy any of my posts and if they have been recommended I will repost them .....SO :

It is also not Lunn`s responsibility to manage the commercial affairs of the business . However that would `seem` to be exactly what he has been / is doing . One thing also would seem to be crystal clear ; Lunn is not acting as a responsible Chairperson in the best interests of the Company and its owners ~ WE ~ the shareholders .

IMO , His priority would seem to be to get his hands on the 4M GBP that he believes is owed to him , or , take the Company private ( Quite a challenge that as a very large percentage of shareholders will certainly take legal action .) or , strike a deal with RM to cover this "4 M GBP , or , just allow the Company to drift into administration with some devious scheme to pick up the assets . Lunn has not proved himself to be either honourable , capable or committed ~ Fact .

On a positive note ; I believe that GV still want this business and THAT may be the fundamental reason for all the secrecy , delay and prevarication while some scheme is prepared to satisfy Lunn`s self interest .

You made it very obvious that you were / are acting for some third party supportive of Lunn . It would seem that you are `Back on this case `, but are unable to substantiate any of your thoughts .

I believe that at the core of this fiasco there is criminal intent , perhaps even criminal activity .

Collapsing the Company or an attempt to take it private I think will trigger a furious backlash from ALL share holders particularly those of high net worth .

About this outrageous situation last night I have come to the conclusion that there is only one way to end this prevarication and deception , which would seem to be mocking and abusing every Market rule in the book and it might even be of a criminal nature .

~ ALL genuine shareholders must now pull together .

~ WE must all sing from the same Hymn sheet .

~ Legal Council should be instructed .

~ An EGM should be demanded .

I am also now concerned that RM may not be acting ing the best interests of all shareholders . His name never appears on Company information and I wonder if he has been drawn into some web of deceit to further the interests of GV (Who clearly still want the PPP assets intact )

That AGM deception was the last straw for me and I hope that ALL shareholders can now pull together , to find an appropriate conclusion to this disgraceful affair After all :

It IS our Company . It is OUR money , and it has been tied up by a devious BOD for months ~ TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !

Finally , I think should we as share holders not take action very soon we may lose all our investment .

Hopefully there are some legal Professionals amongst us who can organise a coordinated response .

I`m hoping that RM will expose and explain the mysterious shenanigans and provide some solution to this disgraceful situation . Despite their usual toothless non activity , I`m surprised that the authorities have not had a good look at the obfuscation going on here by both Company and some obviously malevolent , malicious posters .
