Gasman ~ I agree ~ RM and Lunn are not singing from the same hymn sheet , differing agenda , objectives and motivation . I`m not even sure they were ever in the same church and this , imo , has been one f the main factors in this extended suspension . I`m so glad to see RM`s name on that announcement , Lunn wont be able to cancel the the meeting this time . I`m going to try to get to the meeting and this time it looks as if the dog might see the the rabbit ! No more obfuscation .

I haven`t quite as many shares as you , but I`m also naturally very keen to se the stock relisted soon .

Other than our (well founded ) suspicions and the likely deceptively dishonest RNS , I dont think we have the hard evidendence that we need to persue these.two `Crooks` and as yet we have not lost any money as a consequence so could not claim fraud .

HOWEVER ~ Circumstances might change and that link is just one of many avenues that we should / will need to explore in persuit of justice .

Dilution would seem to be inevitable , (GV assets unknown , 5000. 00 cash ! ) but : reduced if , If `IF ` PPP can recover the missing funds . We also have a current stock issue of perhaps only 115 / 120 , then there is the possibility of a REAL cornerstone investor . We have little / no information regarding the real assets owned , controlled or available to PPP .

All a guessing game but ~ Something is always better than nothing .

I`m sure that many frustrations and delays will have been caused by `Guilty parties` aligned to the suspension of PPP and the mystery of the `Missing 2 million GBP` will have been hugely active in the determination to bury the evidence .

Some of their Lieutenants have ~ imo ~ been VERY transparent on this BB . The stupidity of `The Usual Suspects`, their irrelevant negative dialogue and of course all the mystery deletions have not been just abnormal , all this activity designed to delay , frustrate and discredit the Company PPP . There are most definitely `Some` who do not want PPP to succeed . `SOME` may find themselves in very hot water . (I hope.)

There must have been a reason for this announcement :

"We have received confirmation from our auditors that they are unable to complete the audit before the end of April. While this it is less than satisfactory it is a matter outside of the control of the Board of Directors.

As the AGM has been set for the 17th of February 2025, upon advice received, the meeting will be adjourned until such that date as the company is able to present its audited financial statements."

Traders caught short , PI`s hoping to buy at the lowest price , MM`s and their paid stooges whith open short positions , supporters of TE (and others ?) who created many of the problems with dishonest statements and RNS`s and of course `The Usual Malevolant Moronic Mischief Makers ' ~ the pond life present on all BB`s but have infested this one like a plague of locusts . Indeed ~ I agree more than a grain of truth in that comment arffm ......

But that doesn`t excuse Evans , his personal objectives , behaviour , dishonest RNS `s and incompetence . What was / is his role in this event which I suspect to be criminal ? I believe that all these previous Directors and Officers of PPP have had their own selfish objectives for personal enrichment .

You can be sure of one thing ~ it always happens ~ The TRUTH will eventually come to light ~ which may be a factor in this extended suspension as those with guilt to bury try to open their escape route . Some may be seriously concerned about possible legal action .

I imagine Robert Menzel will be very determined to resolve all these "RESOLVABLE" issues . How the Company then emerges from this situation is anyones guess . I just hope RM is not simply focused on his own associated Company GV and is the man who will deliver for ALL shareholders .

Apart from being treated with utter contempt by S Lunn , who would appear to have taken control of the Company after the demise of TE ; the thing that really angers me about this fiasco is having a large amount of cash tied up for so very long and missing many other investment opportunities .

My hopes rest with R Menzel , who I trust WILL eventually provide a resolution and some restitution for private investors here who have clearly been deceived .

Raising additional capital shouId not be too problematic ~ Provided the administrative mess (and probably any criminal activity resolved ) is cleared up . This interminable delay may now be a consequence of detailed negotiations twixt Lunn and Menzel regarding the future of the business . That would explain the silence from the CEO . I imagine that `Some` sort of accommodation with GV is the most likely way that shareholders might now receive some recompense from this

appalling situation . BUT ~ there is still the possibility of shareholder action ( Legal , Egm etc ) should May 1st not deliver a satisfactory outcome .
