You would have to be a slice short of a sandwich not to recognise that these events are not merely related to a few scurillous individuals with their grubby hands in the till .
From the factual evidence that I think I can see , this is surely a matter deception , fraud , and possible theft .
These issues involve serious criminality and ALL those involved need to be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate Authorities .
Accusations , conspiracies and half truths on a public BB are pointless and probably counter productive .
Hopefully `THAT LETTER` has stirred the appropriate authorities into action .
That must include The LSE , The FCA and The City Of London Police .
