Great Website , presumably a follow up to `THAT LETTER`.

The three amigos ~ Lunn , Evans and Lenigas can`t hide forever . Looks like this highly motivated group are upping the ante and that they have a very large percentage of supportive shareholders .

No doubt hindered by a web of deceit , lies and complex inter company transactions but ,

I wonder when the Fraud Squad will go knocking.......

You would have to be a slice short of a sandwich not to recognise that these events are not merely related to a few scurillous individuals with their grubby hands in the till .

From the factual evidence that I think I can see , this is surely a matter deception , fraud , and possible theft .

These issues involve serious criminality and ALL those involved need to be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate Authorities .

Accusations , conspiracies and half truths on a public BB are pointless and probably counter productive .

Hopefully `THAT LETTER` has stirred the appropriate authorities into action .

A small top up at 21 for me , and some funds ready if we go a little lower .

IF ~ He were to share the TRUTH of where we and the business stands all this speculation would go away .

Why do YOU think he has been so deliberately evasive and obstructive in concealing information with shareholders ?

Shareholders , who , at this point in time control the majority interest in the business .

If I was about to acquire 62 Million shares , and I thought there was value and a future for PPP , I would be explaining in detail just how PPP would be planning a forward strategy to exploit the inherent value in the Company .

I would want the Company`s shares to be trading , asap , and I might then be seeking finance to consolidate the opportunity and advance its potential .

I would want all shareholders to support my strategy and forward plans ..........

IF , Lunn acquires 62 million shares , who is he going to sell them to ~ and why ?

IF , they are worth millions of pounds , there must be millions of pounds of value in PPP .

ie ; Millions of pounds that he knows about but is not sharing this information with shareholders .

No ~ `Apparently` tehe crooked /useless CFO had them (Hidden?) in complex company vehicles in the UK and NZ .

Why would he do that ?

Certainly it spooked Lunn into immediately issuing today`s RNS ; an admission of guilt and serious concerns about the possible consequences of not responding by today`s deadline , imo .

But I`m unsure that he has satisfied the full demands of 2 and 5 :

2. Companies Act 2006

Section 172

Directors must act in good faith and for the benefit of the company. Mr. Lunn’s covert acquisition of a

controlling stake for personal gain is a clear breach..

5. Fraud Act 2006

Section 3

Knowingly failing to disclose information when under a legal duty to do so, particularly to shareholders

and the market, is criminal fraud by omission.

More slippery than an eel ~~~ TBC I suspect .
