Why didn`t Lunn make these details available weeks ago ?

This is yet another piece of the jig saw which is beyond bizarre and of course could take more time to unravel . Is this the primary reason for the ongoing obfuscation and delay :

I wish to congratulate you and your colleagues for constructing this account of the deliberate obfuscation and abuse of Company and LSE rules by S Lunn.

When fraudsters and crooks are faced with the reality of impending legal action and the possible consequences , admission and retraction usually becomes the accepted escape route . We all hope that S Lunn will now slip back into his shadowy dishonourable world of deceit and that PPP can be reinstated to progress their activities under new Leadership .

i also have to question how lunn got there in the first place . a strange relationship with the deceased cfo . i understand they lived together were they ****sexuals ? the rumours surrounding the cfo`s will . access to the cfo`s phone details . lunn`s relationship with evans and lenigas . lunn`s assumption that he can do what he wants without shareholder approval ......etc......it all stinks of corruption and deceit......

I received my voting papers from IG this morning ~~~

No ~That group may have facilitatedd his appointment , but RM took up the post on his own accord .

I know nothing about this Telegram Group , but if their influence was that strong why have they not instigated an EGM and removed Lunn ?

Is this `T G ` involved in the crooked cabal of corruption and deceit ?

IF ~ RM has distanced himself from his resonsibilities ~ WHY ?

Has he been promised a slice of the cake after Lunn takes control and gets his Petroquest money out ?

Why is a Chairman running the Company operations and not the CEO ?

RM`s once good repeputation and integrity is being dragged into the gutter by a cabal of crooks .

Shareholders will likely not be the only losers here if this deceptive pantomime continues .

I believe that what we need is :

The FCA , The LSE and The City of London Police To start immediate investigations into what is clearly a minefield of deception , corruption and deceit.

A cleverly constructed fraud designed to take control of The Company , PPP, at the expense and financial loss of ordinary shareholders .

NU ~ Scary but possibly close to the truth and the potential out come .

Looking at the bigger picture `Something is always better than nothing` , so perhaps a `YES` would be the better outcome for PI`s .

That`s what I keep saying affrm !

There just has to be value in PPP and we are being denied the truth and the information that we are due as shareholders / OWNERS of this Company .

We did not elect Lunn or RM as directors . The LSE needs to accelerate their investigations here .

Dregs of the placing sharess being churned ?

It seems clear that there is still value in this Company . Value in Oil / Gas / Lithium , we just do not know what value . Outrageous that this , unelected , BoD are able to continue with their obfuscation and deceit . Outrageous that authorities and the FCA are doing nothing to arrest this behaviour .

IF ~ Lunn applies to delist , where does he get the money he feels he is owed ?

IF ~ It is delisted how will RM facilitate an asset grab for GV ?

Both reputations are in the gutter and both are so close to legal red lines they might just find themselves facing criminal charges and not forgetting Evans and Lenigas who think disappearing into the shadows will absolve them of all responsibilities .

It would seem that the meeting agenda has had distribution restricted to a limited number of financial institutions ~ Nothing from IG .

As mentioned before possibly a dry run to evaluate which way votes would go .

It seems obvious now that Lunn is angling for absolute control at the expense of ordinary shareholders .

This charade is doing nothing for RM`s previously unblemished reputation . It looks increasingly as if Lunn is pulling all the strings and all for his personal agenda and gain. The stench of deceit and corruption grows stronger each day .

Our best interests would look to be served by acting in concert and preferably with the support of professional legal representation .

Perhaps one of the larger shareholders could organise an action group and all determined shareholders should contribute to costs ?

M22C ~ You are correct ~ BUT ~ If the current BoD wanted us to vote in favour of the share issue surely they would have provided some positive rationale and forward looking statement regarding their intentions and forward plans .

The old BoD are long gone , however Lunn has a tangible link to both Evans , the deceased CFO and their previous dishonourable activities . The jury is out on RM , our mute CEO , but I suspect his motivation is to facilitate some arrangement or merger with GV so that he will be able to activate his return ticket .

I imagine they may be testing the temperature of the water and realising there is serious discontent may yet issue a statement , RNS , clarifying their intentions . I doubt that Lunn will get any money out if this proposal is voted down . Likewise , I doubt that RM will achieve his objectives unless the Company is re listed as a going concern . After all the shenanigans and previous deceit I doubt that Lunn or RM would wish to see this go legal , and in this respect there is serious risk . Irrespective of the dilution , we all want the stock back on the market for different reasons , the BoD just have to provide an acceptable rationale .
