I think Hof 66 might just have found the basis for an official RNS . If we do get that next week (which I think may be possible ) I agree with your expectation that a rise , certainly to c. 50p could happen in the blink of an eye ;) ATB .

Hof66 ~ Thank you for posting that encouraging information about Vortex . I thought that BLU would have overcome the Brazilian problem by now , so your detailed information reinforces the probability of a successful resolution . Investors will be waiting for official confirmation which no doubt BLU will provide in due course . Until then , I suspect BLU valuation will remain in limbo for reasons I have suggested in previous posts .

The Company surely has no more desire to see it`s Market Cap stagnate at such a dangerously (?) low level than its frustrated shareholders .They will undoubtedly know why the share price is being held in this narrow band . I suspect they wil have the Brazilian issue well under control . However , regardless of repeating myself ~ until this major exchange of stock holding is complete (demonstrated again this morning ) the Company will likely remain silent about the Brazilian Issue . Patience should reap a dramatic reward ~ imo .

Coldjoe ~~~ Exactly the basis of my post yesterday . I said I would not speculate ~ But ~ One of my theories is that since the 18p raise there have been two opposing dynamics : One party has a huge sell position open and until satisfied stock will remain available and no TR1 report will be forthcoming .On the other hand , another party has an equally large buy order in the system . It seems to me that as soon as the MM`s have accumulated enough stock a part of this order gets filled . Usually these `Buys` (imo) are at the mid price and often very large and often reported late so that the MM can maintain the current price point 13 / 16 . These machinations seem to be supported by BoTs operating in the stock , witnessed by the often tiny trades in single digits . So , a very large transfer of stock in progress with equally large buy and sell orders in the background ~~~ WHY ?

Well that`s where real guessing applies ! I my opinion someone BIG wants in , someone wants out and my guess would be that the Buyer wishes to hold a very large position of influence , Mr Market is simply facilitating the wishes of both parties .

Interesting that there has been no significant positive updates from the Company while this pantomime is being played out . Perhaps they are happy to see a conclusion before issuing news that might have te effect of boosting the share price , disrupting the dynamics and depriving this `Buyer` of taking the position he requires ..

We`ll just have to wait and see ~~~ Exciting , isn`t it !

Why some people would believe `It`s Over` before it really is over is a strange mind set .

Perhaps the sort of people with a headache who believe they are close to death when still alive .

At the end of the day I usually take a look at the trades and no surprises today ~ again .

Ever since the 18p raise there seems to have been a strange trading pattern beyond normal consolidation .

Most trades occur in the first few hours of the day.

Sells are small and easy to identify probably mostly private selling for all the usual reasons . Buys in the main seem to fit the normal size that you would expect from investors , however often there are single digit buys , and sometimes sells that imply bots operating .

The `Unknowns` are very often very big trades , in the main I see them as Buys . However , there have also been some large trades that I considered to be sells . These would seem to be placed strategically to balance out the trading bias . Overall I believe that buys considerably outweigh sells , but , the share price has remained contained in a narrow 13 p/16p band for weeks . However it is possible to buy or sell most of the time within a narrower spread .

`My Feeling` is that the 18p raise has long been absorbed but , MM`s have access to a seemingly unlimited line of stock and are able to contain the share price in this narrow 13p/16p band .

WHY ? ~~~ I don`t know ! But this trading pattern is very strange and to me not normal .......

I could speculate and offer a number of possibilities , but those would only represent opinion not fact . Company , MM , possible Predator factors . However , it seems that we are pegged here until official news from the Company breaks this `Holding Pattern`.

The issues in Brazil which so far do not seem to have been resolved provide a rational for the current stagnant share price .

MM`s will not be able to restrict a rise in the share price once they have confirmation of revenue , earnings , resolution of problem areas and structural progress . In view of the paltry market cap and exciting possibilities on the horizon , once confirmed any rise could be very quick and very dramatic . One day this `Mystery` as I see it will be clarified .

In the mean time for disciples of this Company the `Buy Now` door remains open and as a devotee , I`m continuing to buy more as and when I am able ! I`m sure things will look very different here by the year end .

Beyond weird : I`m now sure this one is a slice short of a sandwich .

I suspect his side kick ; the other prolific naysayer , is sitting on a rather large short position .

I suspect the reason is that he does not (yet ?) have title to those 62M shares which might secure his position as chairman .

IF ~ after a successful Court case Lunn continues to obfuscate and prevaricate he`ll find himself in contempt of Court .

Now that would be a win X 2 !

I rather suspect the "LOL" will be the chorus from genuine investors as I am confident that the Court will find in favour of the claimant Mr Williams .
