The very tight spread toward the end of the day would enable the misreporting of buys and sells .
FWIW : I think the 4.6m is more likely to be a late reported buy than a sell . The 3.6m `Unknown` is likely to be a
broker to broker transfer (perhaps to facilitate cover for the 4.6m) , but , it doesn`t matter they are in the price now which interestingly retained a 4.6% gain at the close .
Just my opinion , but as mentioned earlier the ongoing flat line sp is ~~~ `Somewhat Strange .`
Anyway , my buy earlier in the day was correctly reported !

~ of the pond over the last couple of days suggest that the Monster may be about to rise from the depths !
It`s been an incredible period of effective enforced silence , with an associated depressing share price decline .
There`s a whole raft of news due over the next few weeks and I believe , hope , that all those who have stayed the course supporting the Company will be rewarded for their loyalty and commitment .

Over the years this has been a really informative friendly thread . I can think of many reasons why the share price sits a such a stubbornly depressed level , probably all of which have been identified here . Regrettably with the influx of a raft of new `Investors` (?) this thread seems to have degenerated into a valueless forum for imbecilic interaction . Now just typical of most AIM sites , with quality contribution drowned out by a bunch of dishonourable attention seekers .
I wont bother to post here for the time being . I will wait confidently with my holding to see how events unfold .
I wish all the the long term valued contributors and investors the very best of good fortune .
I am sure we will be able to enjoy the success of this Company , as this years strategy develops .

Another awful week here .
After all the progress , promise and achievement the sp is below the IPO !
Unless there is something seriously amiss with the strategy , and I do not think that is the case , this is now below bargain basement value .
So many investors must be so disillusioned and many have clearly been voting with their feet , I understand that .
It seems that whatever Directors have said / might have said , it has had little effect in breaking the consistent downward pressure .
This makes me think that there has been some determination , from some quarter , to depress the value of the business . Why ? I have opinions , but no proof . I have to stay focused on fact .
These developments resulting in such a low value for the Company suggests to me that it`s days of independence may be limited . It might be very difficult for Directors to reject any approach at this point in time .
On the other hand , the sp is now so low a measurable recovery is likely on the announcement of any quantifiable news .
News will arrive within the next few weeks .
So ~~~ How do I correct my hugely unacceptable loss here ?
There are only two possibilities :.
1. SELL , and hope to make up the loss elsewhere .
2. BUY , average dow to make any recovery less of a challenge .
Despite the PH issue (which I believe has much to do with the loss of confidence and poor sentiment ) I will decide over the weekend just how much more to commit to this enterprise .

Dave : I was being rude barging in to give some response to Hawkes question , and my fag packet figure was based on a negative assessment on today`s seriously undervalued sp and poor sentiment .
AIM is a very murky reservoir , at least you can see the sharks when they are near the surface , but you never know what might be lurking in the depths . The Company will soon have to break the surface with some news .
BUT ~ I just don`t know , there is something `ODD` going on , we don`t know what it is . We do know some of the positives balanced by some of the negatives and we hope that fundamentals and value will win in the end .

I really hope you`re right about any T/O price .
You`re certainly right about the CEO , and when you mess about with the money men , losing their support can have ver expensive consequences ~ which is probably what we are seeing reflected in the sp today .

IMO : The sort of ann` you might expect should there be a takeover :

Which `Might` equate to something like 6p .
Really nobody knows , and there will be many factors to take into account , not least of which :
* Do the Directors wish to sell ?
*Do the shareholders wish to sell ?
* Is the offer realistic ?
* Does the bidder have a meaningful interest ?
Which raises an interesting question :
Any bidder would wish to see the Mkt cap as low as possible before making any approach . A work in progress ?

Essentially what I`m saying is `How long is that string ?`, but above just a few points to think about .
Rarely , do shareholders feel they have received full value for their interest in a Company these days .
Of course , IF , an approach turns competitive , then anything might happen .

If ~ IF , there were talks around some corporate action , I could understand that During might ~ `Might` ~ be somewhat reluctant to sign his contract of employment .

READ , what I said very carefully before you try , as usual , to mislead people :

ie: Once a trade has been : Booked / Executed / Completed / Filled , you will NOT be able to cancel .

Perhaps there are some less than honourable `Trading Spivs` out there who might wish to place a looney order on line eg ; a stupid quantity , or unrealistic price , knowing full well that the trading platform will not be able to immediately execute and confirm the trade , thus enabling the individual a small window to escape . There are absolutely no guarantees that `Cancel ` can or will be effected .
If dealing through a reputable Broker it is 99.9% certain that you will never be able to cancel a trade once placed .(I can`t be bothered to give the reasons , or the advantages of dealing with a Broker ~~~ Spivs probably don`t .)

All in MVHO !

How do these people do that ?

Only a MM can mess around with shares like that , and of course there may be multitude of reasons why they woud wish to do that !
In the end , reality and value win , anything in between and it`s a free for all in the AIM casino !

Perhaps a little consolidation , but assuming we start to get some positive updates we will start to move back up . When we move into Q2 and the Gas starts to flow I believe we will really start to rerate .
