You would think that maintaining an accurate , up to date register would be a priority and a requirement , for the benefit of both Company and shareholders ! Although they do have a quality web site and their reports appear very detailed .
I don`t know anything about `Hamilton Esi, Head re Corporate Communications `and have never heard of
`Instinctif Partners` . Operating twixt London , Lagos and the USA might be a bit of an issue .
Oh well ~~~ just another `Mystery` that will presumably become clear .

No mention of Directors / Major interests in the Half Year 19 .

A couple of issues spring to mind :
Baron have been dumping This doesn`t surprise me , they have had very specific internal issues , and have been forced sellers elsewhere to meet investors closing demands .
Capital have been reducing , we don`t know their current position .
Jennison have clearly Jettisoned . Otherwise the shareholder register seems to look fairly robust .
AFAICS ~~~ Major shareholding changes have not been reported along with my understanding of AIM rules .
EG : Buys and/or Sells above or below 3% . Perhaps I have not uncovered the detail , or perhaps my understanding is out of line . It will be interesting to see if the 2.5Million on Friday triggers any existing thresh holds . I have wondered for some time if an interested party has been accumulating . That being the case there might not be a regulatory requirement to report their position until their Agent has fully completed the buying instruction .
I may be completely wide of the mark , but the activity here (irrespective of the Virus Crisis) has got the old `Spider Senses` tingling !
Incidentally , as that 2.5Million was about to hit the airwaves at close on Friday , there seemed to be a positive twitching of the `Share Seismometer`, perhaps we will know more on Monday :)

Yep , going to be volatile for some time . imo

gmcc ~~~ I`ve had a look at the trades and prices today and as usual the volatile spread makes it very difficult (probably impossible.) to accurately identify buys and sells . My opinion , is that the 2.5m was more likely to be a worked buy over the course of the day , rather than a sell . I fully recognise that I may wrong , but it`s just a slightly larger trade than the norn which I believe in part to be the reason for it being late reported .
It matters little because it`s in the price now and was developed during the course of the day where other trades would have been impacted by the sp trend .

Pleased to see a little forward momentum today and quite relaxed that we didn`t have a `Friday RNS` ,
they do not always herald good news .
I was also pleased to be able to lower my average today to a more acceptable level , but still underwater .
My opinion is that ANY news or even information regarding LEKOIL is likely to be price sensitive ,
even an announcement that they are in a `Close Period` , could be misinterpreted .
I`m confident with my previous assessment that behind the scenes there are corporate/ fiscal discussions underway .
These may have been disrupted or delayed by Global events .
Pure speculation about the eventual outcome , but I believe this is seriously undervalued .
I Hope to buy more before news and the inevitable rerate .

I am very pleased that there was no RNS today !
Friday`s are quite often the `Kiss of Death` for a Company ~ Bury the bad news over the weekend .
However , there is no way I am expecting bad news , on the contrary ;
I`m looking forward to a comprehensive update on so many issues that we have discussed in depth on here .
Although I am still seriuosly underwater , fortunately I was also able to lower my average to a much more comfortable level today . Quite relaxed about the arrival of our long awaited RNS , any Monday will do just fine !
Over the Medium term we will surely recover strongly here , imo .
This is all about GAS and Georgia needs it .

I`ve honestly no idea Sea7 , I don`t follow the daft chat there .
It`s a pity that AD **N do not have better control over the posters because there are some very good elements to their site .
I suppose it`s just all about subscribers , numbers and advertising .
Usually I get an alert that there is an RNS or Company announcement and that seems to have been the case in the past .
You`re probably right .

Positives : Russia saying Oil price too low . Futures US Oil + 8% . Brent +3.5% . China and S Korea moving toward recovery (? not sure if I believe that .) People sunbathing on the beaches of Florida and California !!!
Negatives : US Forecasts :GDP: Q1 - 4% , Q2 - 14% ! Unemployment 20% !
Looks as if some Cities over here may face a lockdown .

You are absolutely right Hepseal and we should get some detail on that issue with the interims in the next couple of weeks .
1. I just wanted a fag packet perspective to look as bleak as possible .
2. Oil revenue may be viewed with scepticism .
But , as you correctly point out , we should expect some Oil revenue .
Horrible situation , and nobody knows how that old pendulum will swing .
I`m over 50% down here , but my finger will still be hovering over the Buy button on Friday .
I don`t know if I can get there but 25% down seems a much more comfortable position ,
albeit with perhaps 25% more risk !
(Of course mathematically and market wise it does not quite work like that .)

Releasing positive News flow into this environment is probably like trying to dilute the salinity of the North Sea with a bucket of water .
