No , it is definitely not exactly the same story . You need to do a bit of fact checking there .
(In saying that you imply correctly that the VAST story is a disaster ~ Correct there !)
I wont waste time justifying my investment decisions elsewhere except to say that the MD of 88e is the antithesis of AP .
There are no question marks about HIS motives or integrity .
I fall into category 1 of Roadends` excellent analogy .
You sort of fall into Catagory 2 , except as I see it you are one of the ring leaders joined at the hip with AP`s appalling record and highly questionable behaviour .

His tenure has been a total disaster , RP may have sold the weed seeds but Prelea has done an excellent job of work fertilizing them.

Hand the reins over to P Fletcher , or another with integrity and a proven record of success .

I`m not surprised that you answered my question with a question , but that is the question I asked you !
What , precisely is your relationship with the BoD and specifically with AP , I simply enquired about the nature of that relationship . Is it purely business related or is there a personal relationship with AP ?
Your interesting response of course goes directly to my reason for asking , I`m not so interested in the rest of the BoD and while their incompetence is also staggering , it is AP who has been the front man stringing investors along with ridiculous statements , claims and untruths . From what I can see in your posts , you have continuously supported him in his fairy tale world .
This unwavering support for AP , which of course in the light of what we now know , seems to me to suggest that you do have a very close relationship with him . Do you ? None of that means that there is necessarily an issue here , but I then wonder why you seem to have acted as some go-between . As I recall (do correct me if I`m wrong ) you requested the names , identity , contacts and shareholdings of Private Investors on this BB . Why would you do that and why would you (simply as a private investor) want all that information ? What personal gain might there be ? That`s a lot of effort and investment in time to help and complete strangers on a financial BB .
Also somewhat hypocritical in the context of the question you just posed to me :"What`s your real name whist you think it`s necessary to ask personal questions?"
Would you be reporting the results of your enquiries and collated BB information directly back to AP ? Perhaps it might have been beneficial for him to be able to compare the identities of those on the BB with those on the Share Register . `Know your enemy` , especially at public meetings .
When so called private investors take on some sort of `leadership role`, a suggested direct link `Off Piste` with Directors of a Public Company , past experience tells me that there may be a problem .
Of course no doubt you will claim otherwise and indeed that may be true in this case , I am just saying that it`s this sort of behaviour that gets the spider senses tingling .
Why , in the light of countless scandals and public warnings concerning compromised identities on the internet , would anyone entrust their personal information , no matter how trivial or innocent it may appear to be , to a complete stranger on a BB ?
I hope we will all see a satisfactory conclusion to this pantomime , but from now on I want truthful updates from the BoD, not any more nudge-nudge-wink-wink , from any one . Cliques and cabals on the side just devalue the integrity of any Company imo . I note with interest

As mentioned a couple of days ago , I questioned Lee Morris on this thread some ten months ago about his relationship with prelea . My reason being that I had become suspicious about his highly pro prelea / VAST posts and specifically where he was getting his information ~~~

I have also lost track of the detailed story here , there is so much distorted information to which there never seems to be any satisfactory explanation or ever any positive conclusion . Who knows what`s really going on ?
I have been witness to these sort treacherous Company situations before and , in my experience , they NEVER end well .
I really hope that shareholders will get some return on their investment . But ~~~
This seems to have gone beyond the `Bad Smell` and would probably be better described as `Decomposition` .

Nobody is irreplaceable , and sentiment , credibility and leadership play a large part in the success of any Company .
