This really is a dire situation when the shares drop on fifteen hundred pounds worth of sales. I was actually considering buying some more after the placing,but will hold off as this could quite easily go down to cash vlaue which is pretty dismal thought.As the market seems to be putting zero value on any of the divisions. They really do need to come up with something soon before we rerach a level where it would be impossible to raise any additional funds should they require them at a future date.

I am surprised we have not seen any Tr1 notification. They must have placed these with seven or more new investors. Is so why wasn't this open to all existing shareholders. So one question I will be asking is who are these investors???

At the end of the day there is a dilution by twenty percent with a further twenty percent should the share reach five pence. Personally I think they could be in real trouble going forward unless some decent licencing agreement is signed soon. As where is the headroom to raise additional funds when these are exhausted.

They are on the secondary market. Unless that has altered. I e finding someone who is willing to sell them to you

Warrants are tradeable. So some where there will be a market for these. You could try your broker to see if they can help.

As for being part of this kind of placing best of luck on that one. You could try the company secretary expressing a wish to be on their list should they return to the table in the future .

Maybe they are just about to release their usual guff. Unfortunatly the trading update will not provide any insights into their plans going forward. As all it is is an ops update.i.e production guidence etc inmv.

So once again we will have to wait for a clear plan to be actioned to move away from this tin pot country., But alas the bod along with other well paid directors seem more apathetic than ever and up hmg ass...es .
