The company is basically out of money. No one seems to be interested in their products. A shame really. Maybe they should have stayed under the uni umbrella until they were further down the line in terms of development. No doubt someone will pick the baton in terms of developing their products, but inmv i cannot see this surviving in its current form

This should have been suspended way before today which i did post on here a while back. Had they done this the shares would have been suspended at a decent level pending a re financing deal. All this looks like to me inmv is that there was never any chance of a refinancing deal together with any cash accreditive deals in the pipeline. So it merely looks like that the last few weeks before suspension was to allow the chosen few to offload. Oh dear and RR wants people to invest in good old uk companies, i think not unless the fca starts to show some metal in terms of stopping this kind of behaviour.

So we are here again . Another great deal which seems to be mirroring the last deal in every sense. The only positive is that we will not be giving up any cash and should hopefully have a cash pay out to..boot.

For me i am hoping that the share price after the merger stays at least where it is with dividends maintained, but who knows.

Have i missed something here. Did not the previous RNS announcements say that they were about create a pilot manufacturing plant. Now it transpires that they are looking at this together with investigating investment opportunities. So what have they been doing and what has happened to these leading fashion houses who showed an interest. ????

Take a look at onc. This is going the same way inmv. Albeit different circumstances,but the same end result inmv. As for professional views. This is a good example as to why not to invest in a UK listed company as opposed to a cash deposit. Whatever rr may say to try to get people to invest into uk shares .

Maybe 3d printing and Ai has made most of their intellectual property worthless.

No doubt we shall find out within the next few months.

What's the point in even voting on this. They have already decided. This is rapidly mirroring the last basket case of a deal where large shareholders accumulate some more shares before hand. Pathetic I will be glad to be well out of this,but will hold in the hope that this time they actually distribute funds.

This is pathetic to say the least inmv. It is now abundantly clear that no decent licencing deal/ sales are on the horizon. My concern is that this will soon breach regulatory requirements as this is on the main market and not aim. So where do we go from here as the last fund raise potentially diluted the company by forty percent if warrants are taken into account.

I would be interested in any ones thoughts on this as inmo this is not looking good in any context. Happy to be proved wrong though.

Thanks for the post. Hopefully the company has some kind of cash injection in the mix,but I feel time is now not in their side. Let alone investors

It's looking like the market either does not like the merger or feels it will not happen. Either way the share is still in the doldrums. Maybe an outright bid is the better option here.
