I think it all depends on what level they set the floor before additional tax kicks in. You never know we could end up better off if they reset this soon. Over a hundred dollars would be nice.

I posted this on another share that i hold as to the folly of expecting people to invest in companies such as this. In other words why would anyone risk loosing ninety percent of their investment when they can get a guaranteed five percent per annun.

Hmg still trying to get people to invest in companies such as this as opposed to holding funds in a bank account. Have they actually seen what happens/-. this share is a good example inmo.

We have two major problems here.

Hmg and maintenance issues.

Both of which inmo have not satisfaculary been rectified.That is why the share price is where it is inmv.

The company is almost worthless. I posted a week ago that this should have been suspended until funding was sorted out. Why wasn't it.???.

We will soon be left with an automatic suspension. In other words non suspension was to facilitate the few being able to offload. Inmho

Fwiw. I bought into two speculative companies. One was near term to profit only to run into funding issues. They are now off ninety percent. Bsf seems to be nearly at that stage in terms of funding. This is a concern,but still hoping that they will sign some kind of licensing agreement. Alternatively sell one of the divisions in order to finance the remaining divisions.

At best we have until the end of June before cash runs out. They really do need to indicate to shareholders of where the cash is going to come from. I cannot see how they could do a placing due the last dilution.

We live in hope. If they have any morals left then as you say the money in Escrow could be put to good use. No doubt the politicians will pat themselves on the back for doing this .

Hopefully onwards and upwards for Serica irrespective of what hmg may do to them.

Sorry, but the way i see it is blatant lies which enticed investors in. Maybe its a bit like buying a box of chocolates wrapped up. Sorry, but the company should be suspended until these so called advisors and the bod find a solution. I would say no salary for any of them would be a good start. Couldnt make this up. Well . put it this way . I did my research on each one only to be let down by blatant lies . This one more recently . My biggest holding was is Serica Energy. HMG in their wisdom destroyed north sea o and gas industry with its ill thought through process re taxes., but we wont go there. What is bordering on corrupt is how this mob can produce a financial report three months ago and then say . Oh we made mistake. Come on. Maybe a management buyout is on the cards together with a delisting.

In my experience no shares crash like this without something happening which in 99 percent of cases always seem to work against small pi investors.. Happy to be proved wrong , but i also hold a similar stock which could go the same way as this unless they come up with something soon.

One for rr to look at when she is trying to encourage people to invest in british companies rather than hoard their cash.
