well I took an investment from unit trusts which had been both uk and globally based. placed this into easyhotel at around 67 and of course its done well. has budget hotels become a defensive place at the moment, no shocks needed next week, positive trading statement and continue as we are.

not sure how many are now left for us to spend but bearing in mind its mid jan and the rest of the year to go money will have to come from somewhere so expect a dilution at some point? again however, if the money funds hotels which are assets and add onto the books and generate value I think this is very different than simply working capital to survive, we shall see? I think positive and when you look how many premier and travel lodge are opening this needs to happen.

my cic gold are still within the isa and haven't been removed. this happened last time and whilst not counting the value too soon if any is created then ideal is for the tax man then not to pounce. so at the moment they are still within isa and protected.

the assumption was this needed to start and would take months, obviously this isn't the case and it has been done. if the report is positive and completed by a qualified, competent person then it adds value. expectation would then be shares are issued, its a cost of over 5 million but the tech report should make people confident that its worth more. the cicg sits with a good asset, value of company potential increases allowing other collected assets in and not requiring RTO. if the asset in Mongolia was owned by someone, not sure why they couldn't just sell to neighbour straight off? again listing, through listed company creates a base in which to ensure the money is in the best possible place for the investors, owners in the end?

then the chances of dilution or for the wrong reasons should reduce. we cant afford dilution for working capital, general running of the business. we can afford dilution to a degree if it funds directly into the asset base of the business and buys more hotels. the sp of course should react to this.

so we had about 23 million, now spent some on Manchester and Liverpool plus this will leave about 10 million ish? this is also 2 years away so not all paid to start, if we can generate further cash to support more purchases that would help. but if this falls also into the 15% return on building will be good.

isn't it slightly different. Chinese backed, Chinese listed, chinses govern backed companies can go out and buy any global business that takes more money, assets home to the homeland. uk listed, Mongolian based businesses cant as easily go in and take Chinese money out if its not also a govern backed company. the rich Chinese use many methods to get large sums from the Chinese banks, areas into sterling and euros

I wonder whether then this asset needs to get formalized within a listed business. it will then get technically proven and then sold to one of the guys, money into the listed business and distributed as per no. shares everyone has??? so need to technical show the area, need to get new shares and need to get the uk listing authority to agree with everything??

so 100 millionish at the minute, gng up to 380 million with the asset included so overall in the scheme of things not too bad. n be certainly a lot higher, seen this in many shares and of course depends on the asset!!

technical report this week will be interesting to read. then we have the meeting 19th feb, from this the RTO can happen, issue new shares and relisting of the bigger business with the asset within? so anytime after 19th feb. maybe by march business relist?
