I don't know if we can clarify for certain exactly who owns what. if cicc has assets and gives them to cicg for example and gets shares then that dilutes cicg but not cicc. so in the end is it about making cicc the biggest or all of them together. there are so many shares being passed from one to the other and not knowing the actual asset values I don't think we can clearly say what is gaining value or not. in the end we have invested as you say lolster good money in all these different businesses based on SB and his thinking and conversations. I guess nothing has changed, prove is in the pudding, he only makes good money by pulling all these assets together, gaining a value for them and by the looks facilitating a way out from asia to sterling???

dilution isn't a problem if assets are added of the same value or more than the shares and what value we think they are being issued at. if the dilution is all for working capital then not good. if 280 million shares gets a potential 50 million asset per say then it would be fine, if its worth nothing then of course the company is worth nothing which is always the fear. understandably at the minute shares are been given out with no real understand of asset values and reliance on the bod to do the deals and create value. if value is being created to the company for the bod then it will come to us via the shares but of course we paid for ours, ceo will claim he paid for his by swapping shares for licence so in the end we will see what is worth???

the ceo needed to be In place I guess if he was going to be willing to hand the licence of 80% over. so in condition for the ceo role which also is probably required in this environment then the shares will go to him as he owns the stake plus he keeps 20% and then deal will be done. of course he will be at arms length through this next stage but enough shares are held by the influencers that means it will go through. an RTO, an asset swap etc. all of it is fine as long as the asset sells for the huge sums claims which I assume ceo and SB believe to be the case or why do this and why exchange licence, move asets, list on exchange etc etc

so the mine being bought is owned by the ceo of cic gold. he is not allowed to be involved but if voted through will receive 280 million shares in cic gold for 80% of his company. then the company/land will be sold off as quickly as possible. 80% of the funds will go into cic gold which there will be over 400 million shares as we are also making sure all the other main players get their slice. there will be 425 million ish shares. property is then sold. money into cic gold traded through Seychelles and then uk listing means money is then handed out as divi tax free? am I close. ???
