so I traded from outside sipp to inside sipp and it cost me 0.3 of a pence. was able to cut the spread down somewhat and will now reinvest the tax money that will be given. this is a ten year plus investment for me, by that point there is no reason for it not to hopefully be in the pounds and offering a reasonable divi.

agree, I wouldn't trade this stock but only looking over the next couple of days to see how the spread changes in moving from one account into a SIPP. I think the chancellor will make big changes in march which will influence the % given to higher rate payers. ideal for me is a closer spread which I have today based on selling yesterday, tomorrow I reinvest and save more than hanging on for the divi. long term for me.

overall its a hold for me but as stated I have sold some and they are now in play as cash to see if I can reenter within sipp at a lower level. this might retrace a bit, first drop for a good while??

as some sell up after the divi. its worth 0.5% which whilst worth having is not as much as seeing the share drop in value. I have sold just over 9k today, lost the divi but will re enter potentially after the 11th. I think some people will then move on and the share retrace sensibly to around 85 pence. if this is the case I will go back in. the money will be into a sipp, being done before march deadline when chancellor potentially changes the rules so I overall gain. interesting couple of weeks ahead. overall I still hold and think 5 years from now this will be a great share.

not sure, are people holding the shares for the divi, again not sure as its only 0.5% and the increase has been a lot more. so day after the 11th feb will people then sell? again not sure as would take the increase now rather than the 0.5%??

There are no updates now due until June and management are stating everything is as expected. Between now and then we might get further hotel property purchases or franchise deals. All adding to the value overall. The margins are high, 67% plus, this is very comparable and better than other businesses but the current results are immature in nature and are distorted somewhat from just beginning. It's the potential of what two years from now will bring, these are potential sector best results but not as we stand. Question is will the franchises continue? Will the brand take more hotels, where is the money coming from for more to be built? The business model is sustainable, hotels profitable in their first month.

there all less than the current market cap as there is a lot of potential buying in here I think based on future results next 18 mths. next year, year after especially the results will improve. I would suspect a loss in sp at some point, a retrace as this has been in one direction and maybe next set of results if they don't impress. so either now wait it out for sometime and hope it drops but if in for the longer term 5 years plus then I think this is still good value. someway to go but it wont be a straight line.

I think this could be a turnaround point, started to average higher and breaking some small ground, bull run for the stock next period??

It's coming! Done well over the last few months from a low of 67, breaking the pound so Guy needs to show this companies value. If he halfs his salary this year which is what stelios wants we will break records!

Easy hotel could if the brand allows and I think it will add many franchise hotels this year. It's power and value in the brand being used, worth how much? Then there are some sells. Understandable as a good rise over two months, some profits being taken.

few buys coming through, will be interesting if this marches towards its 110 target and then 120 target. the new article stated in regards wondering how much easyhotel had paid for the Amsterdam property, I assume its zero as this Is franchised. good margins, good volumes and budget hotels that are clean, located well aren't going away!! gla

shows how strong the brand is that it can get these new businesses without cost. also positive that add another 100 of these hotels to the business, at around 60% margin + and branding continuing through Europe of all easy businesses will lead to positive results.

its a good move, good city and plenty of potential is reads for easy hotel. good stuff, more cash into the bank without any direct cost to easyhotel and by year end.

went to today. expanding all the time and it was only half full!!

now and moving up rather than down at 95. good, week, good month and hopefully it continues. no great news for sometime now bar intro of potentially the new ops person and their great big wage!!

non stop on the buying it seems overall after being ex divi. interesting if we get over the 1 pound mark soon!! gla

dredgie, did you repeat it four times to really get the message across!! only joking, I too have half a Porsche or a complete one dependent on the model you choose. I agree, I cant understand why cic cant tell people we are awaiting X Y and Z. I cant understand why they cant tell us about why the shares aren't issued as yet. seems very strange to me and a big risk we all took that doesn't give great confidence at this time.
