No worries. I'm a fan and holder of the stock. The brand is solid and whilst quality sometime varies they are clear to announce being a budget hotel. The margins are anything but budget and around 68% mark. Result on the 29 the which will be interesting to read and yes you are correct the hotels coming on line are significant. We had Brussels last month, then many more in 2017 to 2018!!

28th sept for 38 million shares at £1 which is obviously above this price and they met full subscription with some developers of franchise and hotels putting money in! The shares in circulation is neither still too high and it got supported by the biggest holder stellios. This is looking nice and solid, recession proof and Brexit supportive, there is solid growth in the budget area and the name is very much supported by easy jet. I'm in for the long term, I want to see £4 or £5 before I will trade out and I think this is very much possible and a divi policy.

franchise are obviously funded by the owner and developer of the hotel who then give a fee to easyhotel to be part of the group. owned hotels are done through initial money when they floated and then recently then did a second share equity raise at £1 a share and got around £30 million. if you look at the rns it wasn't that long ago and the idea is this will be used towards 5 more properties.

In every respect. Sp steady, new hotels being announced steady and hopefully rev par and results going according to plan. With HS2 in full flow we will have full hotels in reading, Manchester, Sheffield for years, there won't be enough rooms to house all the workers and easyhotel will pick up the contractors. In our results we might also get an update on Brexit affect?

So the forensic result is key. If results are as expected for this year but previous written down it will create a hole. If this can then be covered and confirmed it should be ok. So then there might be unlawful goings on. If at the update this is highlighted but also shown to now be managed out I think the business can recover ok, more for the business about asset value and debt. So then it will pose the question of value which I can see being less than now??

so doing ok at this point. one law and accountancy firm involved which would be standard practice. if the CFO is responsible then this will be picked up in court later but at least the break has already been made. this years results are safe, just a question of the past and whether its too much for them to recover? obviously I hope not and we progress. I think they'll hit a reasonable number around 1.2 without an update as there is an obvious value to the shares prior the update

And constructive, everything you would expect and its communicated. Makes no difference to the outcome per day but more difference to the medium term and how it's managed. Whatever, they won't be accused of hiding anything

Very hard to know, some institutes have also bought in purely based on being over sold? It might not be if the company goes under but if not 70% was a huge drop

They sold just over 7 million. Obviously they don't like the risk And sold out. Many different reasons, brokers have different risk profiles and rules. It's not that they know something I would suggest more they don't like the risk. Unless a terrible rns pops out tomorrow!! Risk, they don't want the risk but didn't sell straight away as this took a huge dip straight away. Would suggest a couple more weeks before forensic update, half year is already done more background, previous numbers that need to be redressed. If no foul play, update that is good then they can bounce forward, it's the foul play that will wreck the sp
