Gosh how long does a relist take? All this effort to get cash out of china and into divi! So the gobi deal happens when the listing happens, it's all tied together as value isn't achieved unless listed. Once listed gobi gets sold and divi given out?

looks like it. showing signs of getting close to the raising price of £1 where a large chunk of the share got valued at. I can see some momentum maybe coming in the new year as the hotels openings get confirmed and announced. looking stable, growing and signs of good potential. hanging in here, need to see £5 in 20 years! is that possible.??

well as we have stated before, its not like there is a lot we can do about anything. certainly seems even with practical things like the web site which are being updated that if this company intended to disappear with the large proportion of share owned by the board (granted not sure exactly what they paid for them) then I don't think current changes would be made. well I have decided if I get back to my original holidays, I have the original cic shares, the hybrid versions and also some cic gold I will obviously c carefully sell at a price and buy an Audi Q5. its time to feel the benefit rather than talk about it. so I sure do hope what the majority write is true and eventually we will see progress and value.

cant remember if I mentioned I bought another 5k the other day. swapped some from redcentric and bought in here, sold a few afriag and bought redcentric. might sound strange the moves but in better, medium term shares. i'm looking for the announcement soon, could be a big order in usa, could be in asia, could be selling of a division or cd4 change but a few good outcomes.

Maybe 400 to 600 million valuation would see us at £4 to £6 which is more than possible. We don't only generate this money through a process and service, we own buildings and properties that hopefully also gain value! Overall we stand a good chance. We have £40 million in the bank after current commitment of £21 million in process at the minute!

And whilst the designs shown are the old ones easyhotel will open in Liverpool soon. What I like also if there is no doubt competition is that before easyhotel arrive it setup and comes with a cost concious, start at lowest overhead base first and add to it. Whenever markets get hard as they no doubt will having the lowest cost base in town to start really helps! That's why you now see higher premium hotels looking for ways to cut costs and compete, which is always harder when you didn't start like that as overheads, support functions are not as easy to remove!

I think the updates coming from odx on both twitter and Facebook have changed and are a lot more often and the info is more forward looking and quite dynamic. I think they are pretty confident at this time going forward.
