It's interesting how city centres develop and what property is worth. A new hotel develops in the centre near good transport then several restaurants, coffee shops develop etc. so are the EZH hotels also property developments / investments long term? Least as the asset base grows its linked to owning property and a brand? Overtime the traditional B&Bs is being lost to room only, budget, good location hotels with facilities close by for people to use. Good year ahead? Next years divi starts to climb, 2018 onwards certainly should?

It's had correction along the way but unless something poor now gets released it will gradually make its way back upto £1.5 ish at least. It's either back to normal business and demonstrate through good numbers or taken over? Either way sp should rise

Over the next ten years then great. No two ways looking at it also, the directors do well. Total £770k for the year and share options are climbing! They need to keep the divi climb, profits or it will be seen as hitting director pockets too much. Happy Xmas

I think we all need to add another 20 years to the story and hope that we are up and running before 2040. By then Cold War will be over. Chinese will have taken over the world anyway and listing should be possible

Bear in mind expectation of more then 15% return in total, margin of around 67% and good locations, easy access to transport and facilities. With prices varying to match and beat local rates and cost base done from bottom up. You see when times get hard other chains have built in overheads to manage, easyhotel is built to start from nothing and therefore it can flex and compete, it's overheads which are fixed are very small. So another 5 or 6 hotels at these prices but into London and it could double. All new hotels bar Ipswich are close to HS2 route.

Now a hotel coming in Leeds. I think Hs2 is also very important. It will bring many people into the area which will really support creating customers.

there's a few recent comments about CD$, non specific on twitter indicate actual field tests that I can read but they talk about the product and the need to learn how it used in the field and next steps. key here is time to market before something else comes along!

Also I guess we can read it many ways. If they sell and the cash supports cd4 it hopefully shows its commitment and the boards belief. Interested to know about other deals signed in USA which was highlighted plus how tests being produced in India is going! With AIM it always tends to take far longer than we think. However if correct you can return a great % which of course is worth waiting for. It's the timing, don't keep investing if it's going lower and making no money, equity raising kills most and break even sounds obvious but often people heavily invest way too early. So have we timed this right?

With AIM I count nothing out as possible. Expect news. Even after many a CEO has told me no leaks, often see I assume, lost list uncle of receptionist buying shares a day before announcements! Expect news tomorrow or early new year, very rare it just happens!

will be so interesting where this flushes out. these are Chinese businesses within the whole big system in asia. the impression is so much money also with a want to get some of it into the western networks and how do they do this without paying tax of course also?
