It's easy to read BREXIT has had an affect. More stay at home but also risk from confidence being lost hence they state in the last recession budget hotels did well. All current owned hotels are giving back more than annual 15%, plus revpar increased due to stay at home with BREXIT. So we are quite protected in this industry, people look at price and location first. Also directors invest more and show their own commitment. The value of the business is made up highly of actual property, investments in city centre buildings.

this is a great proposition, will be interesting who buys the shares and after a trading update potentially next week we might get back towards £1? the money is not for working capital but to invest in sites, so in theory not dilution but with a 15% return expected on the funds as per their standard going forward?? a good number of rooms in the process of being brought to life, what we need to see next week is that its already working with the ones we have?
