Don't have a spat, please look at the facts issued by the company by RNS then maybe come to some conclusions
As a matter of FACT the RNS 18th Feb “Update on commissioning of mask making machine
As previously announced the maximum production capacity of the machine was expected to be around 5 million masks per month, based on the machine being operated for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. The current production rate is significantly below these levels and the commissioning process has identified a number of issues that need to be resolved over the coming weeks in order to improve the machine's productive capacity. The Company is in discussions regarding the appointment of an independent adviser to assist P2F with the development of the production facility, including building up the production team to operate a single shift and enabling a gradual increase from the current limited level of production to commence, and to undertake a review of the best routes for exploiting the anti-viral mask technology. This is expected to be confirmed in the near future. The Company will provide further updates as it progresses these goals in due course.”
Then on 4th March
“P2F is in discussions with Lemu Group, the manufacturer of the mask making machine, regarding mechanical issues that need to be resolved before the machine at BioCity can be considered to be fully commissioned. The Company has agreed to appoint Egremont Capital Limited ("Egremont") as an independent advisor for the next three months to assist with development of P2F's production capabilities. Jonathan Hall, Egremont's founder, has a background in production manufacturing, in addition to Egremont's expertise as a corporate advisor. In addition to a monthly fee, Egremont may be issued with up to 500,000 new ordinary shares dependent on achieving certain production milestones. In addition, a line manager has been recruited at BioCity to strengthen the production team.
Antony Legge, Executive Chairman of RMS, said; "We are very pleased to update the market with the positive developments achieved by the P2F team. Whilst a number of issues remain with the machine at BioCity, the purchase order with Volz coupled with the intentions by both parties to enter into a more formal outsourced manufacturing agreement, means P2F can commence sales with confidence as we anticipate a continuing market need for P2F's proprietary a-virion material, notwithstanding the progress of various national Covid-19 vaccination programmes."
NOW 6 WEEKS LATER
No update on BioCity machine but that's ok because with Volz in play to quote the CEO "P2F can commence sales with confidence"
DYOR but still no RNS announcing sales or update on capacity leaves three possible scenarios
1 P2F have sales but limited BioCity capacity with no Volz outsourcing agreement so cant fulfil sales.
2 Volz outsourcing in place and BioCity machine at full capacity but P2F have no sales.
3 No NEW Sales with on
