RMS have no ability to exploit these opportunities they want a CEO who can do this but they are expecting rercuitment to take 6 or 7 months.

Now have £5M so assuming no sales receipt RMS has burnt £200K a month since Y/E. If they have any sales receipts the burn rate will be even higher. Sales should reduce the burn rate so it must be NO SALES

There was nothing in their interviews or previous RNS which intimated things would be this bad. Actually they sounded like good news was just round the corner.

I don't want to see more poor fools lose money by following us other poor fools who believed the drivel stated by DrC then Legge.

Did they look for a buyer? did they take on professional advisor with sector knowledge to come up with best possible result for RMS. No just wrote of debt and gave them some cash. I wonder who will fund Gyrometric going forward????

I cant see how the burn rate can be higher so left to my reading of interviews and lack of updates = no sales in 2021 being correct.

To be honest whilst I thought this might be an opportunity it is worse than my lowest expectation.

In addition they have sold an asset for minus £33k cash and minus £500K debt. This is an asset they have said is worth something and certainly bthis BoD had said better than Cloudveil but it turned out to be less than worth nothing. Even with laughable sales of £83K it is still worth more than minus £533,000.

What does that make Cloudveil worth.

My reply to you is based on common understanding of valuations, known fact posted by RMS and what is acceptable for insiders to say in public.

Generally I dig very deep into the companies and people I invest in, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

What happened to all the awareness last year P2F must have been inundated with enquiries.

IMO TBs RNS were more reliable

oddman DrC should not comment on future share price let alone around the 7p mark. 7p would be a market cap of nearly £150M for that they need profits on £10-15M or be on a clear trajectory to those sort of numbers.

The only things we know are

(a) P2F has covid killing mask, they have 4 distributors left out of 5 signed up all with no previous PPE experience, potential to outsource with Volz on an order by order basis and some other product ideas for the future.
(b) Cloudveil is a non business
(c) Gyrometric has very low sales.
(d) RMS has circa £5M cash to invest.

That is not information which would lead anyone to believe this could go any where near 7p if DrC knows anything which could substantiate 7p at anytime in the near future it material information which should be in the public domain.

Maidit308, you have it wrong you should thanks the MMs. They prop the price up at the end of every day with a last trade between "mates". This makes it easier for the MMs to clear any residual stock first thing in the morning at a profit.

Just to be clear if you had a non exec join and not agree a deal in full before joining they would be pretty useless.

Sartain would still have agreed her deal including warrants prior to joining.

They are not holding the price back so they can issue new warrants that would just be daft.

IPA they are not trying to keep the share price low so they can issue warrants at low prices. Stop making up c**p they just have no sales or contracts to report.

DrC has plenty of shares and the new directors all negotiated theirs before being appointed.

If BoD cant find a useful way to invest the £5M then they have job security for 10 plus years.

Regulator it double from 10 to 20.

If I remember correctly Cloudveil was bought for £100K of RMS shares so it wasn't really much of a business then and I dont see anything to indicate a change. Seller did well even if he didnt sell at the peak....

Poorinvester Its a strategic review for a mino which shouldn't take 3 plus months.

I don't know anything about horses etc so wont be going to Willaim Hill anytime soon.

I did take a bet on DrCs masks because the potential was huge and they intermated they had huge interest "need a bigger boat" but I like many others lost that bet. That doesn't mean I don't think RMS has a future. Any AIM listed company with a minimal sales and £5M in the bank should be able to make something happen but the BoD need to own up about the masks project and show some business acumen to move RMS forward.

TLWilliam all well and good but this is not a strategic review for BAT. A 3 month plus wait for a strategic review of an investment company with 3 micro to small businesses.

IMO it will say

Cloudveil no sales and not worth investing in
Gyrometric minimal sales hard to reach market, long decision making process before contracts ....mm we will try and find a sales engineer/s with established contacts in relevant areas
P2F missed the boat with masks so will drop this project and focus on licensing the agricultural products and DrCs other ideas. Main goal will be the continued the search for a CEO with relevant experience and a proven track record in this sector.

If you look at the accounts, updates so far and especially the underlying messages in the two interviews this is what RMS are preparing shareholders for. As for use of funds I really don't know how they will spend the £5M.
