Adam you have posted twice this week saying news this week. As the week progresses now yo u say by Friday or Tuesday. your next post will be back end of next week.

numed have 48 employees not 15 and there accounts are very healthy by far and away the best business to sign up with P2F

I would add thousand of companies accept NHS POs - it is bullet proof payment even if you don't know when you do know you will get paid. I also accept them.

I know everyone thinks news this week with final results but to be honest they filed final results RNS Number : 2928R 29th June 2020. I know they have said they'd do it this week but IMO these dates rarely change.

Come Friday this week I bet an RNS putting us on hold, saying - due to Covid restrictions and increased complexity of RMS's investments the final accounts for year ending 2020 will be delayed to end of June. Further update on sales and contracts will be announced at the same time.

MyIPA P2F do not have money making IP. Until they announce sales they have IP and costs.

Who is putting these numed messages up. It was announced week a go and was on numed site 10 days a go. Posting ITV can make cheap ads to help new players is not relevant until someone from numed say they will be advertising and they have NOT. It not even speculation its just nonsense.

IPA the money making aspect is P2F not RMS.

As for directors and status of directors Dr Cave is a Director at P2F, the other is described as Open Innovation Director so I guess Junior to the good Dr. RMS is a corporate director to oversee its investment as is usual in these structures. So three directors of which DrC must be the CEO.

Is DrC biggest shareholder in RMS? now all the others sold up at 5 or 6p probably and as such has huge sway at RMS even as a non exec

DrC is the man in charge of the money making business P2F and most influential person on RMS board IMO. Oh and he not interested in making money.............

MyIPA, there is no harm in Herbie being neg, perhaps like DrC he is not interested in making money but doing good.

Doing good can include warning others of this company as he sees it. If the price goes down it doesn't matter because, if as you continue to believe there will be news of substantial sales and contracts then the prices will bounce to the price the news supports.

No loss you and others people who continually post positive messages on this board so not sure why you all get so hot and bothered when people cast doubt or ask questions you don't like.

When news comes if its £3M sales the share price will be 10p, if it £300K sales with stories of new ideas the share price will be half a penny.

FYI I'm out at a significant loss but on news of substantial sales and worthwhile contracts will get back in, if I'm quick enough.

Pooinvester I don't think all dentists are the same. My Dentist is private not NHS. The budget would need to increase by £50K a year to use P2F masks in this practice. If they had an infection problem you could make an argument for P2F but they simply don't have the issue anymore so why spend the money.

irrespective of Covid the same mask, gloves etc must be changed between patients just basic hygiene.

Stampee, the price point makes this difficult, I get on well with my dentist and a while backed pitched the Pro Larva mask to him. He said by law he'd still have to change mask every patient, same for hygienists.

If nothing major they each see 20 patients a day..

The practice has three dentists each with an assistant and two hygienists so 8 in team each seeing 20 patients so 160 masks a day plus a few for receptionist and spares for the odd forgetful patient. 200 masks day a 1000 a week. Currently paying 10p they will not increase costs by £900 a week when they have managed this far without any staff getting Covid from patients.

I showed receptionist Torr's website, she laughed at the price saying practice owner makes her get three quotes for every little thing and always buys the cheapest.

Can't speak for GPs but I presume price will be an issue with them too.

Seaman, it is not too late for the P2F mask business there will be buyers and I don't doubt they are talking to serious players but are these the people to deal with them? We will see what the next RNS says if its good news I'll pile, if its not good news before holding for long term please consider P2F are not the only company coming up with nano tech products

The biggest player in face masks has also been in nano tech R&D for 20 years with products coming on stream.

3M have hundreds of Dr Cave's in R&D around the world and there are hundreds of large companies like 3M.

Dr Cave came up with a great use nano tech in a product when there was huge potential. The chances of him doing this twice are very slim.

Incidentally 3M Healthcare head office is just a short drive from P2F and I bet P2F did not picked up the phone and try and get a meeting

I agree RMS will rocket if the RNS says sold 5 to 10M masks and gives details of the big contract they have alluded to in the past. I just cant see it because they could announce the sales now and how long have they been talking to these big potential customers??

If the RNS says sorry we missed the boat but we have lots of other product ideas it will tank, and if your really listen to the two interviews this is what IMO they were prepping us for.

If the RNS says proper sales and new contract with big player I will throw everything. Rather pay 2 or 3p after RNS and sell for 8 - 10p or hold till whenever than build position now when new RNS could result in share price falling to the floor.

They had a great product idea with a Covid killing mask but if they cant commercialise this is a pandemic then they cannot commercial anything..........
