Stampee I have kept some of my shares so if I have nothing better to do I can attend the AGM, probably in late September.

The by product of delaying the AGM is another 4 weeks delay in information about the business.

It is this continued lack of transparency and trust which IS impacting the share price not the delay of the AGM

This does not mean it wont be further delayed after all they have said more than once sale update in of May...... in a couple of weeks, now its not even on the agenda.

Small Caps need trust and transparency build share price, without these the share price has no chance.

After all the false promises and failures anyone with half a brain would know delaying the AGM (information) would hit the share price and possibly hit it hard.

It beggars belief the BoD didn't consider this when they made the decision and they did it anyway.

IMO this is nothing more than an unbelievable demonstration of contempt for PIs

All we know is vague (and unprofessional) comments from like DrC is a constant flow of new ideas. Well guess they need time to put some fat on the bone hence delay of AGM but IMO they are now just making it up.

There was a huge market for the masks and still remains a market for the pro Larva mask but these guys just don't seem interested any more.

Until they tell us something substantive all new stuff is just guff.

FYI I have sold most of my RNS shares this morning at another loss but kept enough to go to the AGM if I have nothing better to do.

Who could trust this BoD anymore. They promised sales updates by end of May, DrC has said every made is sold and the list goes on.

It is disingenuous to say the delay of the AGM is so more shareholders can attend knowing few attend small cap AGMs and even less so if in Nottingham.

Just in case you are looking at the buys and sells to make a decision I thought I might point out that my sell shows as a buy.

They have delayed the AGM saying it will allow more shareholders to attend but they know full well only 10 or so will actually show up.

They have delayed for other reasons.

As I have made plain I was a big sceptic but I increased my holding at circa 1p because I thought it couldn't get any worse and there might be an upside, my mistake.

The worst is they have now made it plain there will not be a sales update at the AGM. If asked at the AGM I bet they will refuse to answer on the grounds its not on the agenda and it will be in the interims end of Sept.

They are masters at destroying shareholder trust.

RMS should use the founders £33K gift to keep Gyrometric open for as long as possible using the time to find a buyer.

The major turbine manufactures who is supposed to be trialling the tech will make an offer if the tech works. They'd own the tech and get tax losses so they would pay something worthwhile. If they don't and another buyer cant be found stop the support and let the company go under.

If you assume there is no point owning 15% of something nobody else wants to buy and then Gyromentrics goes under we are no worse off.

Braveheart was the smaller shareholder in Gyrometric and only had to write off £39K whereas RMS wrote of £500K and gifted the founders another £33K

I was back in before todays post and I don't think I was deramping I was stating facts, my opinion on those facts hasn't changed.

Indeed I re stated the negative facts this morning but now the share price seems stable includes my opinion which is despite everything in recent past the risk is now minimal.

Minimal risk with the chance they might make something work so there is potential upside.

After the finals and the disposal we are left with

Minimal sales in the last 5 months
Legge who does not impress me
DrC who has demonstrated more than once by his tweets and words he simply cant be trusted.
A new CEO but not anytime soon
No new market ready products for 9-12 months

Despite the points above the share price has stabilised after the bad news and now appears to be little risk until they post the interims by end of Sept.

Unless they sign a major deal there will be no news flow from RMS until these interims. If they do sign a major deal there will obviously be an upside.

DYOR but now the share price has stabilised RMS is is now worth a risk.

It does confirm no new contracts because otherwise the announce them left to presume very poor masks sales since year end.

Lp, its not 200X revenue because 80% of the reported revenue was Gyrometric. without Gyros sales RMS is valued at 1000x reported revenue.

They really should do a sales update.

SupremeSpod, the accounts show 3.6M at year end and Legge stated since year end another 2.4M received from fund raise, options and warrants. Legge also says they now have approx. £5M so £1M has been used in 5 months.

Sorry but orders from Volz ?? there are no sales reported so to say such a thing is just speculation but if there are orders P2F / RMS are credit worthy so they should get at least the same terms P2F give their customers. If there are sales the current cash balance should be higher not lower.

I'm not venting my spleen I just trying to work out where we are based on the information provided. If the RMS BoD would kindly give us the promised sales update then we would know.
