PIC agrees to buy min £80K over 12 months which is peanuts and if PIC can't fulfil the contract IMO there is little P2F can do because PIC can just walk away.

If RMS post this news which is trifling small beer then they really cant have had any masks sales of substance because surely they would have reported them before this nonsense.

Nina, they were not sold out on Amazon, when it first appeared it came up saying unavailable. If I remember correctly it took a few weeks before it changed and you could buy them. Unfortunately It resides in a sea off cheap imported masks and F M London do not say why you would pay extra for the Pro larva mask so it wont sell let alone sell out. RMS have stated they have not reordered (I just realised maybe that was the sales update they were promising) so that confirms not sold out.

The balance of what we know doesn't look good either.

virionmask did sell out however he didn't reorder saying he wanted to move on for personal reasons. He was talking to someone in India but I guess that didn't work out either. When Torr mentioned he had interest from India he was trashed by a couple of people on LSE so he stopped posting. Torr if you still read this can you update us.

4 Medicals was showing as sold out for a while but this company looks like a start up and doesn't have much else to sell but I guess they must have re ordered

Magnesium I don't think have sold many. The pictures on their site were not good and not much better now, description is ok but could be better and there is a tab for clinical data which is blank, which would not help inspire confidence of potential buyers. They tried marketing on Twitter but these guys seem pretty quiet now.

Numed is new distributor and by far the best. I guess marketing to its existing base which is at least the right type of client but P2F need 100 of distributors like these guys to have any chance in this sector.

In his Zak interview DrC said "we let these guys do the selling", these guys simply are not enough to make any headway. We are left assume that is all P2F have because RMS announced Numed, if they had others why wouldn't they announce them too?

Steamraise, Sharebel (should Bellwarning) is also on ODX, SMYE, ARB, TILS where he spouts the same nonsense buy, hold don't sell you'll regret it, it's going to fly.

They all have one thing in common with RMS, yes you guessed it every stock ******* is on has tanked over the last three months, mostly halved in value yet still he pumps pumps and pumps them.

In fairness to Sharebel the support for this share is stronger than I thought possible, over the next week or so it could creep back up to circa 1.2.

With decent news it will fly but I'm not expecting anything anytime soon, let alone today.

LP there maybe other reasons he didn't sell

1. Maybe TB and PR didn't tell DrC what the game plan was and by the time they announced directors deals the share price was at a much lower level.

2. Maybe after the famous tweet he was advised not to sell because he could have been in big trouble.

3. When when you sell a company for shares in a plc sometime the plc imposes a restricted period, can be 12 months every deal is different.

Maybe DrC is just a saint and as he says not interested in money.

Jarv I'm not slating him as a Scientist I just gave an example of what I think is ground breaking and said not aware of what DrC has done which is comparable.

He got a really good deal out of TB who I doubt would have given DrC nearly 20% of the company without a huge fight. I don't know why you believe DrC on his not interested in money statement you now don't believe anything else he has said.

Ground breaking scientist you must be joking. Did you watch the program about vaccines last night. Those guys are ground breaking they achieved in a few months what normally take 5-10 years.

As far as I can make out DrC he just applied what he already had in his kit bag to a mask.

I am not aware of any DrC inventions which as yet have any commercial value, please let the BoD tell me otherwise or perhaps Sharabel can.

At least TB would be driving the share price and we could hang on to his coat tales. I know it stinks to say this but that would have been better than what we have now.

Likewise sorry to hear DrMicho has lost faith I know it hurts. In theory we have the AGM to look forward to as can ask the good doctor if he feels responsible for PIs losses.

LP, it is you who has got DrC all wrong he is no bumbling scientist with zero business acumen.

The good doctor got close to 20% of the stock in RMS for P2F which is the sign of a clever and tough negotiator.

As far as I can see he has invented nothing with commercial value yet in just a few months got £4 - 5M in RMS shares, which now has £5M cash in the bank. This is the work of someone with plenty of commercial acumen.

Poor they had £3.6 31 Jan 2020 and has another £2.4M invested and from option so £6M and as of end of May £5M left. If they had any profits from sales surely they would have more of the £6M left.

If directors buy or sell they have to notify us so we will know in a day or so. Personally I doubt DrC is buying he has loads of shares and if you can believe anything he says is not interested in money so why would he buy more even if he thought is was a good idea. As for Legge, I have never seen less impressive interview from a PLC Chairman, I doubt he has it (or anything useful) in him to buy any shares even at these prices.

I may end up at 1p today but these two are not buyers TB is a more likely candidate.

Bond, I agree there remains a market for P2F masks but I do not believe the BoD are interested in the mask business anymore.

Its like they have new toys to play with so they are not interested in the old one anymore.

New name, new products, new CEO

These new products could be years away from market. We have no information to make any worthwhile judgement about them or the viability and potential commercialisation of what could still be just ideas.

But there is no talk or information about masks which is the reason most PIs are here and is the only potential good news in the next few months.

Hey Stampee, they have given us the heads up, RNS says the Company now has until 30 September 2021 to hold its AGM.After the saga of the never appearing sales update my bet is they will find a reason to delay the AGM until end of Sept.
