Nina, we will know what they spent sooner than you think because RMS file interim accounts for six months ending June 30 2021 by the end of Sept this year. isn't that good news? we'll know sales numbers then too

Remote Monitored Systems plc ("RMS" or the "Company")

Update on P2F


The Company is providing the following update on its wholly owned subsidiary Pharm 2 Farm Limited ("P2F").

As noted in the Company's announcement of 11 November 2020, the Directors have been expecting the delivery and installation of its new anti-viral mask production line at or around the end of November. Yesterday, 25 November 2020, the Company received an update from P2F and the manufacturer of the production line noting that the production machinery is now expected to undergo final acceptance testing in mid-December at the manufacturer's premises in Spain. It will then be shipped, installed and commissioned at P2F's Biocity premises in Nottingham. Commercial production and shipment of product is now expected to begin in January 2021.

Please tell me how they were going to make the masks without the material.

Poor you really are being stupid. RMS were supposed to be setting up manufacturing in Dec, then Jan, I seem to recall 5M masks a month forecasts...

The reason for the delay was the machine are you now saying they had nothing to make the masks with? until February or March, come on please stop my sides are hurting.

The material was bought in 2020 along with the machine. RMS reported delays with the machine not aware of any such reports for the material.

Sorry Dave but just to be factual Pharn2Farm was incorporated 3 August 2015 and was certainly trading from 2016 so not a start up.

They had nano tech products for a long time but I presume TB invested for the nano tech being applied to the masks, quite right it because it was and still is a great idea.

There remains no reason why this mask wont sell they just need sales people or a leader with a vision.

Poor, material cost in previous year and anyway if you have expenditure for cost of sales this should be more than offset by income from sales.

So if any sales it means burn even higher.

Final Results posted 9th June Chairman's statement fourth paragraph "the Company raised over £6.0m net of costs" and "as at 7 June 2021, its consolidated bank balance stood at approximately £5.0m ."

This is simple maths they have burnt £1M in five months and If any other revenue then the burn is higher still.

As for bringing up an agreement to buy £80K of Nano.10-9 this is over 12 months, are you really that daft its £6-7K a month with a start up so it might come to nothing.
