Hi - long term holder here. I've done some in depth analysis on this company and I can confidently confirm it's a pile of shite.

Awful results. Q1 sales down 5% even though economy growing and unemployment at record lows. Been wasting their money buying back shares at higher price than they are now. Should never have sold Costa. With airbnb gaining popularity hotels are in trouble. SELL

Was thinking of investing but a scan through their recent reviews on trustpilot put me off. Seems they can't get their customer service right which may be one reason their performance has tanked so much

It's a small purchase but if a director is buying then it will not be long until the others pile in too. I'm doubling up tomorrow. I agree patience will be rewarded. Around 220p these are a screaming bargain. The last 6 trading updates have been phenomenal and these still languishing at 220p , less than they were a year ago, it just doesn't make sense.

Have some patience ... that writ sounds like nonsense and the results are stunning (AGAIN!) ... 260p soon.

I expect a re-rating to 260p following these results. With all the Brexit and Prime Minister uncertainty around great to have a share of a company growing like this and with the infrastructure to grow much more over next decade.

Up now for 5 consecutive days. The bottom has been found and definite signs of a recovery taking hold.

Good idea to realise value and cut costs in it’s property portfolio - they have loads of it. Expect SP to get a boost. Good time to buy IMHO. Divvi will be safe for some time to come.

June 5 (Reuters) - Britain’s former telecoms monopoly and biggest broadband provider BT said on Wednesday it would consolidate its UK offices from 300 current locations to roughly 30 sites while moving out of its St Paul’s headquarters in London.

ITV4 : instead of showing Konta vs Stephens when everyone in UK gets home from work/school they show replay of Nadal vs Nishikori one sided thrashing ... then live action of Vondrousova vs Martic. Nuri if "The results were really good " then why is the SP going down from what was already a 5 year low? Divvis mean SFA as the SP will fall by the amount of the divvi.
