Despite the fanboys pathetic hero worshipping on here, in the Which Magazine 2019 survey Ryanair has been named the worst brand for customer service. When asked to select from a list of 50 words, the majority of respondents chose to describe the budget carrier as “greedy”, “sneaky” and “arrogant”. Over 50% of those surveyed gave Ryanair the worst possible score. Ryanair came 100th, Scottish Power 99th, BT 98th. It's easy to find online. Personally I use Easyjet and am happy to pay a bit extra for a more humane experience.
