By the way, my buy on 1st Oct was posted in RR BB so not fake or after the fact - go and check. RR currently up another 15% so my gain is now 84%.

Ain't seen nothing yet, still oversold. That was only 3% of RR's total shares traded today. That means 97% staying put - probably for the lovely rights at 32p each share. Buyers mainly today obviously hence the severely burned shorters bailing out and the 25% day rise in SP. Fairly obvious future buyers gonna have to pay a lot more to tempt the other 97% to sell out and so the SP will continue to rise. Shorters will not wish to get burned again. Might even get to 250p in 2 weeks with a few drops along the way to entice some more weak sellers out. The real rise will happen after the (successful) RI and over the next year when the new slimmed down fully financed RR emerges from the flames.

Decent rise today plus a 10p divvi. Can't complain. £7.17 next gap.

Wow. What's going on with this SP ? Up 21% since results day (8 days ago) when it tanked 8%. Seems it swings all over the place with no data or reports I've been able to find. Anyone got any clues? I haven't.

To answer my own question ... looks like 51p per share - 5Bn divided by 9.8Bn shares in issue.

Airport testing has now been fully trialled in the Channel Islands just a few days before it's in place across whole of UK.

The RI shares are priced at 32p. It will not change - the prospectus has been released. End of. The SP is rising now coz more people realise the rights are a good bet on the future of RR. The shorters have been burned. In fact RR has been massively oversold so I fully expect the SP to continue to rise. I will be taking my full rights as I think it's an absolute steal. This is not IAG. RR have very little competition. Selling at anything sub 150p is just plain dumb.

But you'd be looking at dealing costs and stamp duty and risk of losing out on the cheap rights
