Well it is apparently Q2 results tomorrow so we will see the cash situation and then vaca work out the rough cash burn plus they may slip in something else - hopefully not a placing!

There is no guarantee Ambrose will take 401, so need to see what plays out here.

Looking at what you posted plus a few unknowns, VAL are getting close to needing a cash raise IMHO unless something falls from the heavens in the next few months.

We need proper full clarification on 201 / THX. The fact that the LOI is in place simply doesn’t hold water. Be interesting to see what Adrian can release with the Nomad’s agreement. Understand that details are price sensitive but just something to say everything is still on track (or not) would be an immense help for us mushrooms in the cupboard in the dark.

I believe the wrong question is being asked - if THX funding is contingent on EUDA merger, where are both parties with this now?
