Porky, VAL would get in serious trouble for breaching DTR’s so you have to take what is said in the last RNS at face value. Yes been a long time coming for 201 and sad with the massive delay after lockdown and then the lack of investment appetite for new ventures but I have a good feeling about 201 now. DYOR IMHO.

No Ray, if it is being worked on then there is no RNS until there is something concrete to share. Until the merger is complete l would expect radio silence on any IP until it’s and t’s dotted / crossed.

Well Suzy and co have delivered - never really wanted to have the requisition upheld as l think Suzy has done a sterling job but her hand has been tied and delays not her fault but third parties as she has delivered!
