As a private company l cannot find any evidence on their www.

Just looking back and hope most agree that any previous placing has been at a circa 40% discount to the current SP so if one does surface shortly as the CAB must be dwindling now, l suspect it will be bout 1.25p, that is unless we get a miracle cash injection from THX or Ambrose etc.

Yes Laura, because the placing is the only thing l can see that is realistically coming next sadly, which l say as a shareholder with a low 7 figure holding over the last 4 years with a B/E in the double digits so pains me to say it.

Just saying it as l see it…. some of the IP is great but needs funding to move it to commercialisation probably one or two next year if we are lucky and gets through the various stages .

Agree Bad, only three trades so far and the Q2 figures now pushed back to 6th September?

I would have thought VAL would have only 1-2 months of money left now so a fund raise in some guise must be inevitable?
