Rat, l think about 100k pm but that’s not including revenue from the lab, whatever that might be going forward but the idea was to make VAL fully self supporting on its revenue from the lab, excluding IP royalties and deals for CLX.

As Freddy says, yes well overdue but 201 and other IP is still a goer whilst the LOI is maintained with TRX / EUDA merger

Suzy didn’t forget, but has to state the cash position at 31st December.

By my reckoning this gives a cash runway up to well in to 2025, so actually good news.

The IP now is valued at sweet FÃ so very much undervalued as compared to its peers.

It’s not a football substitute, whoever mastered the requisition needs their heads examining as IP needs relationships developed over 5 years.

Today was a required regulatory report alone, so need the meet on the bones as to where VAL are.

I guess the cash at bank doesn’t reflect the placing earlier this year, plus lab monies and any future JC’s?

The saving grace could be CLX - where are they with this now?

Not really much there in the RNS and the cash at bank looks pretty shocking. Eeek!

This feels like a loose canon as we are in limbo (board uncertainty, IP updates etc.) and certainly feel things will get worse before they get better at the moment, plus how long is this going to drag on?

Can’t believe we are at 3p and would not be surprised if we fall in the 2p’s soon.

Hope l am wrong but each day the buys are scrappy and the sells are substantial.

Maybe l’m wrong but I thought the deadline was a month after the RNS that was able to be extended for another month - l maybe wrong on this exactly but more or less right l think from memory.

Just read EUDA report cover to cover and l think the merger costs relates to the various acquisitions made such as CK. No mention of TRX and if the merger was complete we would have seen an RNS and any merger costs would be reflected in next years report, so sadly radio silence in respect of the merger with TRX where the timing incidentally expired 6 months ago!
