My candid email with VAL was whether they could actually send bad news and the SP would rise! All good here, just patience.

Bluepanther Exactly, trickles down on no volume, but when buyers, the opposite doesn’t happen! Manipulated in the best way that AIM does it best. Things are bubbling nicely behind the scenes IMHO. L2 when I last looked had one MM hanging on at 1.3p but hopefully will be taken out if the buying continues.

If there is a requirement to raise funds it will be from my calc’s needed for the start of the second quarter 2019, but hoping for a 401 deal et al in the next 5 months at least. The halt of 401 funding has stopped and if 201 data is good a deal maybe struck early whikst in CTl/ll. If we have a good 201 update when the readout is due then the SP should rally nicely so silution would be minimal IMHO. Obviously there are outside matters such as government funding that could also be on the table after the Lords meeting with Satu. Lots of unknowns but isn’t that the nature of the beast when investing in a PLC.

Thanks Valju, I think maybe just reading between the lines ? 401 has not been mentioned in any RNS apart from reiterating in advanced negotiations, which is what we would expect - radio silence is frustrating but what else would we expect whilst in talks?! Whilst the deal has not unfolded yet, they still have the other three compounds to deal with. Hopefully 101 and 301 can be accelerated to CT and I would not be surprised to see 201 deal sooner rather than later if escalation readout this qtr shows a dramatic differenece

VAL apart from the obvious, desperately needs institutional shareholders to stabilise the volatility. Interestingly after London, Edinburgh is the next biggest home of fund managers in the UK. I can’t make the presentation but if anyone could report back on the stand out parts of the presentation, I would be very grateful. 5th Nov RNS - presentation by GM: “He will discuss both the Company's current progress as far as its clinical and pre-clinical drug development programmes are concerned and will outline the company's business plans for the rest of 2018 and into the new year.“ Particulalry like the bisiness plans for rest of 2018! This bodes well that 401 is still progressing in some form or shape, concentrating on 201 being next to commercialise.

Think you’re right Woody. SCAP been walking it down day after day on L2. I think 1p is the target price and then reversal IMHO. Just doesn’t stack up and somebody probably has more info than us poor pi’s Storm before the calm as opposed to calm before the storm!

Also, the Edinburgh seminar will focus on the rest of this years developments and in to the new year, so we will get a clear timeframe come Thursday. Stay calm.

Exactly Woody - I invested this year in a company with two CT compounds, one blockbuster being 201 to treat primarily prostate, but additionally other cancers and 401 where CTII was completing in the summer and then as per business model, commercialising to begin CTlll. Unfortunatley too many invested pre-CT and so got sucked in to the constant need for fund raising and dilution. Rule 1 on bio investing - only invest when near to commercialisation!

Brexit 11 months ago we hit 7.75p and euphoria, now 11 months on we have multiple RNS’s - 401 finished CTll and in talks to do a commercial deal, 201 update on escalation and in finak stage of CTl/ll and 101 / 301 who knows but exciting times ahead I hope. The current SP dilemma is all about cashflow. How can GM say they are on multiple talks to outsource, license, JV etc with parties if not true? Is he lying? Even the formal RNS’s state the company is in commercial talks. If things were so bad why would they be presenting to peers, new and existing investors?

No need to have an RNS as it is just a presentation in Edinburgh, but happy to be proved wrong.

Valju The MM’s will want a flat book on a daily basis, so they are being offloaded to someone with deep pockets IMHO.

Agree with all - just riding this out and not going to get too worried about the day to day movements. All paid up and holding. Everything on track and the SP action is just background noise to ignore whilst the positive developments continue at VAL. Just proves it when we have days when there’s 3 times as many buyers than sellers and the price doesn’t budge!

What we do know is that the current SP does not reflect fair value of the company and its compounds. Funny how those trades of 175,000 keep getting plugged - someone with an agenda! If it was a large sell (or buy) then it would be just worked during the day and we’d see the after hours report...... but this is someone trying to purposely weaken the SP in stages possibly trying to buy-in cheaper or other strategy. Any good news will provide a colied spring effect as stop loss triggers will be actioned on the way back up..... c’mon VAL lets have news!
