BB Ask the question - why would the placing shares be sold at 0.02 of a penny profit? Wouldn’t even cover dealing charges and any stamp duty if applicable!

Yes, I say low ball as a successful 201 would be multiples of £20 mn plus whatever we get for 401 not to mention the pre-clinical pipeline.

It would be ashame as many would accept it with the current sp.

As mentioned, the sp does not reflect the ip and potential here which is massively mispriced.

We might now unfortunately get a low ball takeover of the company IMHO.

A major could pick up all th IP for £20 mn and I think it would probably go through!

Dilution is a pain, but at least the BoD have got more skin in the game, so if all was to lose they would not be buying now is how I see it.

The 401 JV was hopefully to be complete by end of 1st Qtr and 201 is hopefully the game changer.

I will be buying more soon which will get my average down to about 2.5p so not a million miles away and b/e for me in sight.

Cash in the bank will see us now cross the finish line by 3rd Qtr in terms of cash burn and by then we should have 401 deal done and results of 201 which we are told works, completing CTI ll.

Buy I would say as timed when the price spike up at the end to 1.2p

401 going to commercialisation, 201 works. Happy to keep topping up as the day to day is just noise. Stop losses triggered, trolls scaremongering but the science which is patented works! Happy days and just patience. Technically the 1p support level maybe a springboard. GLA

Borgie VAL are out after CTll. So we have 2 out of 2 cliniical compounds that work and are commercial.

The real trades are 370k buys and 75k sells.

34.6 million BoD share options exercisable at 4p is a pretty good incentive to get these 60 and 70 year old directors in to gear, not to mention the £9 million in warrants exercisable between 4.25p and 9p. Woth a JV 401 upfront payment, the company could be pretty much self financing in the months to come.

Groucho, from ADVFN: Does anyone not understand that a buy over the normal market size is delayed by 1 hour, so buys sometimes shown as sells and viceversa because they are reported an hour later.

I don’t follow SCLP, but are they in direct competition with VAL or a completely different focus?
