Hi Freddy Yes the 2.1 mn completely soaked up the sales in multiples today if indeed a buy, but does look like someone is accumulating stock over the last few sessions.

Valju I for one keep topping up from 6p average now down to 2.9p I’m also still loading up to get to my desired holding which will cost about another £3k, then sticking for 201 update and 401 deal and see where we are 1st qtr 2019 and review matters. The Edin presentation was quite comforting and VAL seem to be making all the right noises in all the right places with PR. Looking forward to the 401 deal with 6 parties and 201 escalation update 8/16 mg to see the outcome but bodes well at 40/50% reduction at 5mg. Fundimg??? Why? 1. Disgruntled investors that paid too high 2. Shorters 3. Want to buy in cheaper 4. Nothing better to do but **** off a Bio that could help save lives or prolong or help comfort the pain 5. One of the parties looking to make a cheap offer and push in to admin 6. A competitor within the same market ???????!!!!!

Tired I sympathise but did you know at the time that it would be at least 5 years before you get a return? Been invested in bio’s on AIM for sometime, but at IPO is a gamble on an impossible uphill climb. Dilution is inevitable! The good news is that commercialisation is now in VAL’s grasp after lots of hard work, just around the corner. To have 4 compound with one on the cusp of commercialisation, 201 making headway and 101 plus 301 hopefully going to CT is remarkable! Please can nobody play the joker card about salaries as this has been answered a million times. You have to pay the going rate to get the right balance of science expertise. Maybe some should read the biographies of each director which clearly shows their experience and past successes in the science field. So the positives - the science, the succesful trials and now ready to turn that hard work in to pounds and pence. Negatives - dilution, although that could completely stop after a 401 deal, albeit the cash burn is reducing rapidally!

AdamH90 I don’t agree I’m afraid knowing how expensive it is to raise money and especially being an AIM bio capped at under £10mn. The BoD have done a sterling job to get their first commercialisation with 401 with all the offs stacked up against them and now 201 soon. Dilution is an unfortunate evil of bio’s in R’n’D, but there is no alternative until cashflow starts. Placings are the only option or third party funders as they don’t have the clout to go for any alternative. For example by trying to raise £1mn by a rights issue would mean they would lose c. 25% of the money raised in fees.

Kane, this is why the escalation happens, to see what the optimum dosage is. Any potential side effect could be local i.e patient specific or perhaps too stronger dosage. Quite normal. Its a bit like adding salt to food, you need the right balance to get the results right!

Tony I think GM said by 1st Qtr 2019 or before from memory for 401 conclusion? 201 should be with us soon I hope - can you imagine if there has been a significance positive difference innthe escalataion!!!!! Forget 10p per share target.
